So my order first came incomplete
So my order first came incomplete. This was due to international shipping related delays.
Half my order was delivered quick and efficiently. With a personal note attached explaining the situation with the missing product. This was a true touch of excellence.
I was kept informed throughout the delay and second delivery and felt at no time uninformed.
Will use them again.
