This company really cares about your dog, nothing is too much trouble and they are as invested as I am in my dogs health and wellbeing THANK YOU

We started Rawgeous over a month ago and honestly can’t get over how much Billy loves it. He used to be so fussy. But now he hoovers his food !
He is much calmer and I already can see difference like his coat and way less poops.
The customer service is excellent.

So impressed with Rawgeous… the website is so easy to navigate & select the flavours my dog likes as well as completely tailoring it to me & how much we want to order at a time!! My dog absolutely loves the food, every meal we get a clean bowl!!
Delivery is super fast & comes next day and they are really accommodating to change up your subscription!
All in all we absolutely love this company, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! I would definitely reccomend

Our dogs love their rawgeous pet food and very rarely is any left in their bowls. The company are very flexible in accommodating any changes to the meals chosen or the date for delivery

My dogs absolutely went crazy for this food. One of my dogs suffers from Upset stomach when she eats certain foods, however this food did not cause any problems. Also, really great customer service. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with Rawgeous dog food & their service.Lorraine is acting she wants to help so much but when there is a problem she doesn’t know what to do.
She doesn’t have idea what she sells & owns plus you have to beg for reply when there is a problem,when isn’t a problem she replies in 2 seconds!

So they were begging me to buy their food for my dogs & promote them also.
They seemed nice and they sold it to me so nicely so I thought to give a try.

Last June one of my dogs Prince had very bad diarrhoea and wanted to vomit the raw that had for dinner.Called vets etc finally I took him to the vets had treatment for a week all fine.Also the food was smelling dead meat badly.
I told to Rawgeous=Crapgeous company what happened they came to collect the food to “investigate” nothing was wrong as they said.They said maybe was the delivery.They were meant to change the boxing & make it more secure so it can last frozen longer.They gave me my money for the vets plus they offered me 6 months free food and Lorraine was so apologetic and so nice.I thought mistakes happen let’s try again maybe it’s not their fault but the delivery’s guy fault as they said.
My dogs wasn’t keen always to eat the raw they had their days that didn’t want even to smell it so it was going to the bin but I wasn’t paying for that so I didn’t mind to through in the bin.Other times were eating some.

Lorraine was asking me why you don’t get more often I said my dogs aren’t crazy everyday to eat it they have been fussy (who knew that didn’t want it because there was a reason,unfortunately can’t speak to tell us).

After we had a litter I started giving them some and 2 of my pups had very bad diarrhoea with blood inside,I went to the vets twice with treatment.I stoped the first week,I introduced them the raw again as Lorraine told me again diarrhoea again vet bills.So I thought I will not give them again.

We went to Greece Christmas,I said to the dog sitter what to feed the dogs one then started diarrhoea & vomiting she was eating raw.

We came back then my other one Meli started eating Raw and stoped been fussy with the last order that I did I really don’t know how she finally started eating it.
After couple of weeks eating the raw food it was Saturday night she couldn’t digested,was trying to vomit & poo she couldn’t finally all night suffering she vomited and had bad diarrhoea.Called the vets told me to try chicken & rice.Didn’t want to go away.After blood tests we found out that the fatty food that they sell made her has pancreatitis.After lower fatty diet and treatment thanks god she is back to herself now.

I complained to Rawgeous company and I asked for my money back.They wanted me to give them Vet report and I did.I was begging for replies & they were saying from next week to next week.They said that the food I was buying was 6%-11% fat and this is not true.The food on the box says 14% and I am sure it’s even more because the meat looks sooo fatty.Also on their website doesn’t say anything about fat % so it’s full of misleading.What company does this??

I am just so upset to see my dogs suffer and had sleepless nights/wasting money at the vets plus missing days from work.

I know not all the dogs can take raw diet but as professionals should of told me,they were just giving me excuses.
Also I have spoken with friends & customers that after my recommendation bought that food (they all have small size dogs) & told me similar experiences (smelly food,dog didn’t want to eat it & occasionally diarrhoea).So it’s not only me.Definitely disgusted from their “professionalism”.I trusted them with my dogs & can’t describe how they treated us.AVOID THEM 200% (They give to everyone 35% off so they can do a positive review,how sad is that).

My cockapoo Daisy has always been fussy with her food, but since we discovered Rawgeous we have no problems and she eats it all every time. Very happy...

This is a great food for my dogs! It is a complete and has all I need in it to feed them a healthy diet successfully!

My dog was a very fussy eater I tried many different types of food. He wouldn’t eat dried food I try many foods although yet some of it he wasn’t very enthusiastic. I decided to give Rawgeous Raw food a try and he loves it I wouldn’t use anything else now.

Great delivery, fully recyclable packaging and returning of the wool liners gives you a great feeling, food looks nice and fresh and bowls are always licked clean. 10/10 thankyou

I’ve been getting Rawgeous for my three dogs for a year now and I couldn’t be happier!! One of my dogs who was a stray had the thinnest coat when we adopted her and she’s been on Rawgeous since day one! Needless to say she looks like an arctic fox now! The portions are always fresh looking/smelling, even my fussiest dog loves the food and I couldn’t be happier! The owners are always very caring and accommodating too. I feel like they care about their customers on a personal level! So Thank you! I can’t recommend Rawgeous enough :) x
