Så god kundeservice

Så god kundeservice! Jeg havde en vigtig deadline og var nervøs for, om min pakke ville nå frem i tide. Jeg fik virkelig god hjælp hele vejen igennem.

Der blev svaret hurtigt, fulgt op på pakken, hjulpet med DHL og gjort en ekstra indsats for, at den nåede frem i tide. Det betød virkelig meget og gjorde hele processen meget mere tryg.

Jeg har endnu ikke fået installeret håret, men det ser virkelig lækkert ud og føles dejligt blødt. Kan kun anbefale!

Aftale blev ikke overholdt

Det er utrolig uprofesionelt, at I giver kunder en tid, for så at ændre den og til allersidst finde ud, at den tid heller ikke kan lade sig gøre, og derfor må aflyse aftalen 12 timer inden. Det er under alt kritik. Bookede først og sidste gang hos jer.
