I was greeted warmly and given all the support I needed during the eye assessment appointment.
The subsequent lens fitting appointment was quickly arranged and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly staff - receptionist even cleaned my glasses while I waited. Appointment started on time. Optometrist friendly, calm and informative.I felt the examination was thorough even though I was an NHS patient. Fortunately there was no change to my prescription this time - and the practise did not try to sell me glasses anyway.

Eye examination was very thorough and in no way rushed. I also ordered new glasses and the measurements taken to endure a good fit were more thorough than I've experienced before. All of this in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

I was given a same day appointment as I was concerned about some symptoms I was having. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Helen the optician was, as ever, welcoming and reassuring, listened carefully to my concerns and was thorough and professional in her examination.

I have been going to Rawlings Opticians, Chandlers Ford for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lindsey, the Optician was very thorough and listened to my concerns.I am very pleased with my new spectacles.

Great personal service. Plenty of time allocated for the appointment so I didn’t feel rushed and Helen really listened carefully to my concerns and suggested a further eye test.

Easy to make an appointment on line, then reminded in good time - ( my dentist reminds me late on the afternoon before my appointment- what help is that ?)

The staff at Rawlings in Bookham are professional, friendly and welcoming. Any appointment or query is dealt with as quickly as possible. To have a local, efficient Opticians in Bookham is a real bonus for me and other members of the community, particularly the elderly, who really appreciate facilities nearby.

Friendly professional staff for both my contact lenses and glasses care. Have been a customer for many years and although I am not local it is worth the 30 minute drive for the service I receive

Various appointment times offered to suit me, when I attended I was seen promptly and given good advice and assistance . Very pleasant friendly staff .I do feel my glasses were expensive so will be buying a second pair elsewhere .
