Fabulous very professional service. The staff are always very helpful and kind and go and above. We are always welcomed with a smile and are treated with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend the Bookham Team at Rawlings who are far and away the best opticians in the area!

Excellent - careful, and thorough. Quick referrals for necessary NHS treatment for cataracts, and perfect glasses with varifocal lenses so my sight is restored.

A great experience at my new opticians. I've not long moved to he area so I needed to find a new optician. My mother had glaucoma and I was pleased to discover that my optician is a specialist in glaucoma which is especially reassuring given the concerns it makes me feel. My son and I were looked after very well and I'd highly recommend.

Helen, fitted me into her very busy day as one of my eyes was very itchy. She could not have taken more care and the eye mask she recommended is really helping.

Outstanding service ! My 12 year old son came home from a camping trip and had something in his eye - I called Rawlings at 10am on Saturday and they gave us an appointment for 2.30pm the same day. The optician confirmed he had a foreign body in his eye and I know from past experience that it could potentially mean a trip to A & E (on a bank holiday weekend !!) - the optician was amazing, and after performing a thorough eye examination, and after a few attempts, she managed to get the foreign body out, much to our relief. She then performed another eye check to make sure there was no damage. Amazing service and I would highly recommend Rawlings.

A company that still offers the « individual service and time ». we previously had from companies.

Thorough and professional service and kindly staff.

Have now had new hearing aids for 10 days. Life transforming! On Day 3 pub lunch with 11 friends in full room: could hear others perfectly! I love the way my phone bluetooths calls and music to the aids, which are small and neat. I’m now hearing things I’ve been missing for ages. Audiologist carried out the fitting and handover very well.
