Just a quick note to say thank you for the brilliant repair of my treasured sunglasses and their swift return to me.

I was really impressed with the service.

One of the lenses of my Ray-Ban Wayfairers was cracked. I sent the glasses off to Rayban Repairs to have both lenses replaced. The glasses came back nine days later as good as new. The cost was £69.95 (for genuine polarised lenses) including tracked postage both ways. I had sent the glasses away in their case, but this was not initially sent back. I called the Rayban Repairs Team, who were fabulous on the phone. The case arrived in perfect condition two days later. I would use Rayban Repairs again (I hope not to need it though!) and certainly do recommend it. I never write reviews, but felt that had to do this on this occasion!

Both arms of my Ray Bans had broke while I was on holiday and I feared the worst that I'd have to buy a completely new pair. I went on the Ray Ban Repairs website and first of all called the phone number. The person on the other end of the line was extremely helpful and instructed me how to find the correct reference numbers I needed to place an order. The order process was simple and straight-forward, I printed off my postage label which was emailed to me and sent them off to be repaired. The order was placed on the 1st of September, it's now the 9th and I have them back already! They look like a brand new pair of sunglasses again. Can't recommend these guys enough. SUPERB!!!

Great service! Rayban Repairs replaced the broken lens in my Rayban sunglasses. The process was really easy and very quick, and my sunglasses were returned to me in top condition. I would definitely use this service again or recommend them.

Lost one of the tips off my old glasses and I dealt with Barry who was most helpful in sorting out the problem for me (bespoke tips) at very little cost.Means now I will at least be able to wear them again.

After damaging my sunglasses in a fall, I sent them away for repair hoping something could be done. I have just received them back and could not be happier, they look brand new, with new lenses and the bent arm straighten. Thank you to everyone at Rayban repairs a 5* service.

I cracked my sunglasses lens on holiday,on return decided to contact Rayban Repair UK.After speaking to a really helpful person I sent them away for repair,this cost me £69.00 to have genuine lenses fitted and also included postage .They came back within two weeks as good as new.Excellent service.

My Raybans had lost one of the nose pads. I contacted Raybanrepairs by phone, the person was really helpful and confirmed how to use the website, including preparing the postage label. Easy! The specs were returned quickly and in perfect order. Many thanks!

I sent two identical pairs of rather scratched and broken raybans (havanna cats eyes) to Raybanrepairs.co.uk after speaking with them on the phone to describe the pitiful state both pairs of my sunglasses were in. It's a one-off cost of £15 per pair to have them mended and serviced, and ten days later I have just received them back (its free to send and have returned). I can hardly believe it, they are as good as new, and have been mended and cleaned beautifully, I had fully expected to have to buy new ones. Top marks to you guys, you were brilliant on the phone, and I have my beloved (but admittedly not very well looked after) sunglasses back, and can now look vintage cool once again (my opinion only), FAB service, thank you!!
