Rayna tours have well organised buses, drivers and guide.
They gave very good explanation about the city in city tour.
Desert safari was so good, driver Ziafat Ali gave good hospitality right from pick up till drop to hotel.

The Abudhabi city tour
A very comfortable tour it was …which v all enjoyed.
Mr Kamran was excellent as our tour guide & somebody who managed time very well & made are visit to each & every venue enjoyable. He also added a fun element & sense of humour in all his commentary !

Very well managed! Our tour guide Mr. Kamran Khan was very good with our entire group! He was very jovial and tried to keep every person on the group very much involved when he was explaining all the best things of Abu Dhabi! Wonderful guide, ppl would find themselves lucky to have in your ride!

Worst sales and services
I had a really bad experience with Rayna Tours, especially with Salman who handled my Umrah visa. I gave all my documents two weeks ago, and he kept telling me my visa was “in process.” I kept calling and following up, but I never got a clear answer.
Later I checked the official Saudi MOFA website myself and found out that they never even applied for my visa. After two weeks of waiting, stress, and constant follow-ups, they suddenly messaged me on 18 November asking if I still want to proceed… even though my flight is on 20 November.
This is honestly the most irresponsible service I’ve ever dealt with. They wasted my time, my energy, and put me under so much unnecessary stress. I called them so many times just for basic updates, and they kept giving excuses.
I really don’t recommend this company for Umrah or visa services. They are not reliable and don’t care about people’s plans or deadlines. Very disappointing experience.

Our Dubai Desert Safari was absolutely phenomenal, thanks to our exceptional tour guide, Adnan Sabir! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Adnan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of the desert.
He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the adventure, whether we were dune bashing, riding camels, or taking in the breathtaking sunset views. His storytelling brought the desert to life, and his attention to detail made every moment feel special.
The evening camp experience—complete with delicious food, entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere—was made even better by Adnan’s thoughtful guidance and warm hospitality.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are so grateful for Adnan’s outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubai—we would book again in a heartbeat!

Froud do not trust on them, I forgot to ask about there Clint experience and I lost my money they don’t have any experience about UK and USA
If u ask them can u add some documents they will answer you like they know about everything but they don’t have any uk USA visa experience please don’t not trust on them

Camel riding broke my heart!
I had a great experience with Rayna Tours during the desert safari in Abu Dhabi.
The team was extremely kind, professional, and well-organized.
The food was delicious, the shows were beautiful, and everything ran smoothly — a truly memorable evening.
I especially want to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff were — they made everyone feel welcome and safe.
I just wanted to share one small piece of feedback with care: when I rode the camel, I noticed that some of them had marks on their mouths, probably from the metal muzzles.
As someone who loves animals, I believe that using softer or padded muzzles could make a big difference for the animals’ comfort and would reflect the same kindness that your team already shows to guests.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience — and I hope future safaris continue to grow in both hospitality and compassion.

Not very customer friendly. They insisted on online payment only which I was unable to do. Could not offer a solution for cash payment. Its fine to go digital but some allowances should be made for those paying cash. They rather lose business than accept cash. Very sad!

One of the Best USA Visa experience I have had with Rayna, So Prompt and proactive and I literally didnt have to lift a finger..They did everything so well! The relationship manager Kiran was fantastic and extremely professional. I have finally got my US Visa and will continue using them in the future as well.Highly Recommended.
