Bought a " leather jacket" XXXL, size lable,they said it was 51/52 inch chest, but when I recieved it, jacket only measured 46 inch chest so I complained. They said I could not have a full refund, I was told I could only have 20% of my money back, or could have 75% store credit.
As I did not want either, I had to pay £11 shipping to return jacket, even though it was their mistake.
I dont think the jacket was even leather. Still waiting for a refund.
Please, do not buy from this store.

Bought a Men's Blazer for £4, UK L size , Beige colour. What I received is a poor linen White colour which looks like a laboratory coat. Also size is not UK L, its a medium. Now I am facing a challenging time for return as I am being asked to ship back to Guandong China at my on expenses or except 30% refund of the value.

Terrible do not use! I bought a £50 dress and I found out afterwards they’d used photos of a £350 dress from John Lewis but sent me their crappy copy. The quality was dreadful and it was unwearable but if you want to rerun it you have to pay for shipping to china. Feel embarrassed ever having bought from here

I ordered a detailed knitted cardigan and I what I received was a printed, cheap jacket not even remotely similar. You won’t get a refund as they then ask for another payment. GET A REFUND USING CHARGE BACK from payment provider.

I would not give site even a 1 review would never buy anything from them no way of returning it an also you get no refund back

Didn’t love the cotton blazer at first glance, looked thinner than I thought, but it grew on me. Breathes well and doesn’t cling. The colour’s decent too. Not perfect, but a fair find.

Please don't but from this site Im still waiting on my order from 4 weeks ago so iv tried to cancel it but there saying it was weather damage in there building than it was the delay because off the delivery company and they emailed me 2 days ago saying 1 item is sent then I said im said I wanted to cancel before they sayed they sent it so canceling the order was to let Please please please don't buy anything from this company

Waited four weeks for the item to arrive. When it did arrive, it was nothing like described on website. Stay well clear of these snakeoil merchents.

Pretty striped blouse, fits well and the colours pop nicely. Only downside; wrinkles the moment you sit down. Still, decent for office days if you’re not too fussed about ironing. Wouldn’t wear it for travel though.

I ordered a dress from this website at the start of december whom i emailed to make sure it would come in the 5 day delivery period, it finally arrived at the end of january. The quality of the dress is appalling, the material is very cheap and thin, the colour is nothing like the picture advertised on the website. I contacted razys asking for a refund as i was so unhappy with my order it was un-wearable, the best they offered me was 20% refund or store credit. i said this was not good enough and i wouldn’t need the store credit as i will never be shopping here again. After going back and forth through emails razys still won’t give me a refund. do not shop here at all, you will waste your money!!

Sent me wrong item then when asked told to pay delivery received second item wrong again and now will not refund money bunch of bandits stay away

Very shoddy item, with cheap material and multiple faults-it actually looked like it may have been a previous return as the collar label had been cut short and showed no printed info. Shocking difficult to get Razys to admit responsibilty for their faulty item. I have exchanged 17 emails with them with multiple photos and two months later they are still refusing to facilitate the return. I am claiming the cost of the item back via my credit card. Save your money and dont waste your time with this company.

Can’t lie, the suede loafers looked better online. Still fine though. The inside padding could’ve been softer but whatever. The colour’s lush, so they’ll do for coffee runs and quick trips.

Daughter reallly disappointed- ordered a pretty mid purple top in L (bust 32) We got a navy blue top (on the website there is no navy available) massive on bust and tiny in waist - ordered a large but label says size 18 uk! Complete waste of money that we waiting 3 weeks to get.
