The order took about 3 weeks to come and when we opened the package up the dress has been ruined and the flower came off the dress and cannot be sewn on.The dress was made of cheap low quality material.

Safe to say never ordering from here again.Others please save ur money and go to a good quality clothing store

Scam company. Based in China selling cheap Chinese garments at extortionate prices. I ordered a size S they sent an XXL and then asked me to return to Asia or accept 20% of the price paid. Meaning they send you rubbish and keep 80% when the farmer they send is worth only 5% of what you paid !!! Do not use.

Goods arrived and looked nothing like the pictures very cheap for what you pay. Have to return to china returned on the 24th of July, now on the 15th of September and still no sign of the £80 refund and they are now not responding to my emails!!

Truly awful company do not buy off them - terrible quality no refund or return policy - emails ignored . They should be closed down.

I contacted Razys within 24 hours to cancel my order, exactly as their own policy online states. Despite this, they still sent the item. Now I’m being told I must either pay £23 out of my own pocket to return it (which they refuse to cover) or accept losing the £50 I spent on the dress.

Their customer service has been appalling – I keep receiving the same copy-and-paste responses, and they are refusing to escalate me to a manager. I’ve had no real resolution and have now had to dispute the transaction with my bank. I am also considering legal action.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. If i could leave 0 stars, I would.

My daughter bought a dress for 16th birthday and it has been “lost”.
We had to buy a replacement and they are refusing to give a full refund.

Awful cheap shoddy sweatshirt. Supposed to be medium outsized. I am a size 10and it is too small for me. Exactly same as shein or temu goods but 4 times the price. The only decent reviews on here are written in such strange English that it suggests they are writing them themselves. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

When the items arrived they were poor quality, I wanted to send back they pushed me to keep them and accept 20% refund of the total cost??!! I then said I would send back at my cost, the package is still with customs in china as they have not acted on the email and are now ignoring all my emails - please avoid at all costs !!!

Dreadful quality and not as pictured. I thought it was a UK company and from their policy a refund would be straightforward. This is not the case, I had to send them photos of the dress and since then I’ve heard nothing. Do not touch this company

Ordered a dress which looked nothing like advertised. You have to send the item back to China which doesn’t state that on the website as they have GB logo at the top. Still owed £80 and my emails have been ignored since 2nd August

No stars! Wrong dress sent & they are being difficult about a refund. Absolutely shocking! They sent me a dress that isn’t even on their website. They are also based in Asia! Good luck if you order from here. My advice is DONT!!

Utterly terrible website. Dresses come and don’t look like the website. The quality is poor. On top of this if you want to be able to order multiple options and return what doesn’t fit or isn’t right, you can’t because they make it impossible. Do not use this website.

Zippers are bad quality. They have the cheek to insult by offering 25% refunds for unwearable junks.

Would give 0 stars if I could ! Do not order from this site cheap tat doesn't look anything like the website pictures . I am fighting them for a refund I have been completely ignored for almost a week now. So unless you want to be robbed stay well clear of this site .

They sent the wrong dress and the one they sent was poor quality. Requested a return within their 14 day return policy. Took them days to get back to me then told me I could return it to their warehouse in Asia at cost to me. Of course they didn’t provide the address. When I requested the address they didn’t send it. Do not order from this site!!!

Dress was not as described or pictured was a completely different dress. Will only give a refund of 20% or I can return it to Asia? Which is strange for an apparent uk based company which the also make you pay for the shipping. No customer service help at all other than being sent generic replies

Masquerading as a uk company but they are in china. Took 2 weeks to arrive which was too late and make it impossible to return given prohibitive costs. No indication of this as I checked on the site before buying. They are scamming customers essentially and make out like a uk company but don’t behave like one. Avoid at all costs.

I paid £41.99 for a dress , when it arrived it was nothing like the description or the picture , pt in a dispute through PayPal & they offered to refund if I returned it , it cost me £20.70 to send to Hong Kong so I get back half the amount I paid . Disgusting !! Do not buy anything from here !!!

0 stars. Please please do not buy from this website, it’s a scam. I bought a dress for £45. The shipping is fake. Took more 4 weeks of emailing the company for them to tell me it was lost in transit and only offer me 50% refund. This is clearly how they make money. Pretending to sell dresses then only giving a 50% refund.
I am still contacting the ‘company’ for a full refund
