I ordered a £59 medium sized coat for my 16 yr old daughter from the link she sent me. It arrived after about 10 days. Extremely low quality and worth about £5 and sleeves would just about fit a 10 year old.
Asked to return it and was shocked to find by way of several templated messages that it has to be RETURNED to CHINA BY TRACKED DELIVERY ONLY.
Nothing mentioned on the website to this effect upon purchasing.
In fact the website states "team of fashion enthusiasts from the UK".
The coat is going to a child. SCAM or not lesson learnt and transaction details are being passed back to my bank.

Awful company to deal with placed an order 2 weeks ago heard nothing stay well clear of this company

Ordered items from this company it’s cheap tat that took a month to arrive and I returned my package for a refund but they can’t find it even though I have the post office receipt. Complete waste of time and money cheap rubbish avoid

Horrible! I have a friend who bought from this site, and then I end up finding out ALL their clothes are from SHEIN!!! What a scam! Not to mention my friend's parcel took A WHOLE MONTH to arrive AND with the incorrect size for one of her items. HORRIBLE SCAM!

I ordered two jeans and a jacket. I thought the parcel would never arrive. Took weeks to arrive! Today the parcel arrived, without the jacket! And to make things worse, the jeans don't have the correct measurements at all, they're not the same as the photos on the website and they're of very poor quality. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM!

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered two pairs of jeans that were supposed to be size S but were actually about a size 4 and the quality was very poor. Jeans didn’t even look like they had been finished properly, there was not even a button hole on one pair. Threads were everywhere and the overall quality was terrible. I requested a refund and got told I could return the products to their Asia warehouse, shipping costs not covered. I proceeded to do so, paid $50 in shipping, it’s been over 6 months and I have still not been refunded nor can I get any reply from the company. I am now $180 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

It’s not bad it’s just not what I ask for.. I buy a blue grey coat and I receive a dark blue coat except that the material is ok maybe a little bit too expensive for what it is but it’s not horrible so I will wear it. Try to find a best site if you can put the price on this one. I can’t tell if it’s a scam or not

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my experience. I recently ordered two blouses in size M (I typically wear a size 10), but neither fit properly. They were far too small to button up. When I requested a refund, I was told it would cost approximately £20, or I could pay an additional £8.95 to keep the original blouses and receive replacements in size L. Unfortunately, the size L blouses were even smaller than the size M, and the buttonholes were too small for the buttons. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience—a complete waste of money.

Same experience as others....ordered some jeans and what arrived looked nothing like the picture. Thought it was an innocent mistake but apparently not. Wanted to return but the return address they give is in China so the price is extortionate. Don't recommend at all.

THIS IS AWFUL AND SCAM with this website I’ve sent them back as i returned items and UNTIL NOW’S ALMOST ONE MONTH and no one ever say anything back to me I am now super angry cuz I have emailed them for a million times but they seemed IGNORED whats on earth u can do this to innocent people

I ordered a dress and what arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The material was in addition of incredibly poor quality and there were a number of threads sticking out.

I emailed the company as soon as I received the parcel asking for shipping to be covered in accordance with their returns policy, and for a full refund of the item upon receipt. Despite it being very clear in their policy that it is for them to cover shipping when the problem is their responsibility (sending me a faulty item of poor quality and which looks nothing like the picture) I am finding myself having a back and forth email exchange where they are continuously not engaging with what I have said in my previous email and reiterating that I can keep the item and get 20% refunded, and encouraged to go for this option as the mail services are unreliable.

I have found this to be an extremely frustrating process. I have no interest in keeping this item because of how bad it is. The fact that they don’t even want it back themselves speaks volumes and indicates they are fully aware of their products being of extremely poor quality.

I would avoid this company like the plague.

AWFUL ! And that says it all! Quality of the item extremely poor after paying £35 more like £2 quality... Keep away from this business it's a total scam !
And, based on the reviews I am not the only customer being scammed by this business and be leaving a review for the bad quality of the garments, bad customers services and appalling refund policy! WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS ! as per the reviews' record of scamming customers !

Ridiculous customer service. I ordered 2 cargo bottoms and when they came, they were damaged! They were stained and the thread was loose, as well as the material quality being bad. After finding out I had to pay £25 to return, i still went forward with it and now it’s been 2 months since I’ve seen my money. I have not gotten a response - do not order & please do not try and return your stuff!!

Ordered (and paid for) 3 tops - but received 2. The two that did arrive were of absolute terrible quality, very badly made, and and awful fit. Avoid at all costs

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! wouldn’t give it one star. Won’t get back to my emails regarding a return, spent a lot of money. Cheap clothes and can’t return…..disgusting!

Quit possible the poorest quality fabric I have come across. I can only compare it to Barbie or a low quality doll clothing. Nothing that an actual human would wear. They said they offer returns but to send it back to them would cost more than I paid for the dress. Total scam!!

I do wish I had read the trustpilot 100% 1 star reviews. I too purchased a blouse. The armholes are made with tiny elastic that would not fit a 2 year old. Return to China at my own cost despite being faulty or accept a 20% refund or 50% off next product !! Like I would ever use this dreadful scam company again. I will be reporting to Direct Selling & post my experience on social media and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company not to. If you do and have the same experience report to direct Selling, they breach consumer law, unfair contract and unfair trading. Hopefully despite keeping my £22 the more people who read these reviews the less custom they will get. Dreadful dreadful.
