We have replied more than once to your negative feedback and will consider this our last correspondence with you on this matter. Our business again is an auction company not a shipping store, we did not ship your item.
On a common sense note though, the item you purchased did measure 22" x 23" and was art. With that knowledge, since we have purchased art ourselves via online auctions, are aware that shipping costs as well as many other costs in todays world is rising. This makes sense because the price of vehicles, gas, air fuel and etc. have gone up tremendously so the carriers will then pass their cost onto the buyers. We hope this economics lesson has helped you.
Always a pleasure
Everyone is very accommodating when I go in to preview the items. Bidding online is very easy. And call ahead pick up is a snap. They do not have an army of experts on staff so it makes the hunt all the more exciting. What you see is what you get but you need to do the leg work if looking for your next treasure.

A great auction for me
To say that I love my latest purchases would be an understatement. As a collector of hand blown art glass, I was able to add four pieces from this past auction. Two of these are very unique and hard to find, while the other two are more mass produced but still great additions at the price captured ( inclusive of premium and shipping). Thanks for a great experience. Look forward to adding more.

I live quite a distance away from their auction house and was not able to pick up my item right away. They were extremely patient with me arranging for my item to be picked up at a later time by friends. I really appreciate that they were so easy to work with. Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason). Online Crooks!
BEWARE! As a previous buyer, I have experienced nothing but a SCAM from how an item in their auction is described to the exorbitant shipping fees. I was charged $115 (on a $95 invoice) to ship a small item even though I lived in the same state. Lots of bogus fees too. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM the auction site HIBID. Even though they know these companies are stealing from people, HIBID does nothing but assist online scammers.

You actually paid 220.00 for a very big and heavy rug that measures 45 5/8" x 81" ( 4 feet by 7 feet). At no time were you scammed as the measurements and with photos and description were in the listing of the online auction catalog. We also advised in the listing description to please ask for a shipping quote. We do not have any records of any such questions from you, actually not any questions regarding anything from you.
The fees you are bothered by were credit card fees which you pay each and every time you use your credit card.
Lesson here is an informed buyer is an intelligent buyer.

Hello,
You never received the item because you refused any form of payment with the shipping offices. Your inability to pay the same type of invoice you used to pay for the item is not an excuse.
The shipping manager did explain that they emailed you several times with options for payment but you refused all forms such as Paypal, Zelle, credit card form, etc. They cannot ship something to you unless you pay them to do so.

You are an excellent company
What was good? They answered me whenever. I text them. The shipping was excellent and very fast. I commend them for that. But one thing I still believe the shipping was very expensive like I told him I had the same item ship from Michigan and it was only $80 you people charge me 190 something thank you anyhow Joe.

We understand the frustrations with the shipping cost. We were just informed by the manager of the shipping offices that works with our auction company, that the carriers raised rates 5.9% to begin 2024.
We will continue to contact the carriers to possibly ease rates for customers but until then we will work with any buyers on possible options for shipping costs as will the manager of the shipping offices that works with our company.
