It was a horrible experience the doll look like a doll you would go to Walmart and by for 6.99 I would never buy from them again .I wish I could show y’all the pic they need to be out of business and not be able to sale anything from this site again.

The doll I received looked nothing like what was advertised. It was a cheap imitation. Their advertising is dishonest.

I am livid doll looks nothing like image and very much over priced. Its head is bigger than its body and only had a vest on. I have bought 5 pound dolls of better quality

I ordered a "Kennedy reborn doll" having looked at the photos on their advert showing lovely soft pliable chubby legs like a new born.

What arrived bore no resemblance to what was advertised.

Yes the face looked vaguely similar but the body of the doll was no more than a very slightly softer version of a bog standard hard plastic doll like the old style Baby Born dolls that my daughters had when they were young.

It was a tiny bit softer, but not much, and the legs were not at all soft and chubby and lifelike like the pictures portrayed. They do swivel but do not bend or look real at all. Totally plasticky and totally unreal looking, like an ordinary plastic doll.

I tried to leave a review with pictures on their site and it won't allow me to which is deeply suspicious.

Also the reviews that are on there are for totally different dolls, not the "Kennedy" doll which makes me even more suspicious.

I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before ordering and I am now questioning how authentic are the reviews all claiming the doll is fantastic when none of them show the Kennedy doll at all.

It is a rip off.

I have been corresponding with them and all they have offered is to refund my shipping costs, $15 as I am in the UK.

I have now asked for their address to send the doll back for a complete refund and am awaiting their reply as I type this review.

Scam. Item nothing like the advert. I persevered to get a refund, eventually received 70% back. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The products do not look anything like what you see on the website. Total rip off. Report to Trading Standards. Use social media to spread the word. They are Chinese based mailing out from a Birmingham warehouse in Benacre Drive, B5 5RF. The customer care people are Chinese but using British names.

I wish I had seen these reviews before and I ordered one of the dolls. They are not at all like what they have displayed online. I spent over $100, that outfit was supposed to come with didn’t come with it. Save your money do not order from this company!
I’ve reached out to them to get my money back, will see what they say. Apparently you have to ship the doll to China or someplace so the cost of shipping it back is probably more expensive than the doll. It’s a total scam and again if it was anything remotely like what they are advertising, I would’ve kept it. It’s a tacky, cheap Doll that you can get it any toy shop.

This company is a fraud and will be contacting
Better Business Bureau . I ordered a certain doll with clothing and they sent 3 of the same doll no clothing and won’t except the return. Do not order anything from them.

I was scammed twice trying to get a lifelike baby doll. I never did get my money back! They should not get any stars, even the customer service was terrible!

This company is Fraud! Displays adorable baby girls and boys however what you receive is NOTHING like the picture you ordered.
This so called company is quick to take your money but does NOT hold their end of the purchase. They send a baby you could have baught from the dollar store. Unbelievable! And customer service is a joke as well. PLEASE BEWARE...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I ordered a doll from this company expecting a life like collectors item instead I received a plastic doll nothing like the image and nothing special at all. Certainly NOT a collectors item and certainly not worth the money at all. Do no purchase from them at all. I asked for a refund because the item was not as the image and I was asked to send an clear image!!!!! If I do not think the item is correct or suitable I have the right to get a full refund. Not a great experience and certainly not recommended at all.
