I made a payment of $357 to RBWholesale, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing proof from my bank showing that the payment was completed, they claimed they never received it. I followed up multiple times, and now they’re not even responding to my emails. Their representative, Kevin Dennis, initially said, "We have not received the funds yet," and suggested I check with my bank. Well, I did, and everything was confirmed on my end. It's been more than enough time, and they are clearly dodging responsibility.

I highly recommend staying away from RBWholesale. This website is a scam, and I don't want others to lose their money like I did.

Ive also encountered fraud. The alleged director Kevin request saw my order and requested $600 to their wise account. The website MOQ is $499. After I’ve submitted my funds to the wise account ,Kevin stoped communications with me for several days, but before the payment he was consistent on “fulfilling my order”. After I attempt to reach him 3 times he then replied requesting for $300 as “MOQ” which I refused since it’s already giving me red flag vibes. I then requested a refund in which he denied.

This is Kevin reply:

Sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is ready, but we can't ship your order due to low MOQ. Also we can't refund you at this time. You have to pay the remaining 399 dollars amount for your order. Waiting for your confirmation so we can share the payment link with you.

And wise can’t get your money back if payment is complete. They only recommend going threw authority.

As an Amazon seller I encountered a distressing situation while dealing with a wholesale distributor named rbwholesales.com. Their employee, Kevin Dennis, instructed me to confirm an order and make a payment. I transferred $420 to their Wise Business account under the name Native Plus Ltd. However, Kevin Dennis has since become unresponsive, leaving me concerned about potential fraud.

I urge fellow sellers to exercise caution when dealing with rbwholesales.com and tradegrace.com. Let’s maintain trust within our community and report suspicious activities promptly.
