BAD CORPORATE DECISION TO CLOSE ONLINE

Corporation often making decision based on data that maybe limited that leads to leaving a number of customers in limbo.
With that said, in my case been in an area that is away from cities with markets that offer certain gourmet products I have a subscription to receive Pilon coffee that is not available in my area. I have purchased this product even before Smuckers acquired Javacabana (the original company)
In calling Smuckers all they offer is to either buy from online retailers or just search for stores. In my opinion, is a bad decision that can lead to loss of sales as some customers-like myself-may no longer buy their products but switch (for example Starbucks that is in stores like Walmart or Sams club)
Hopefully there will sufficient customer's complaint that can make the company reconsider and reopen the online store.

Abruptly cancelled recurring order - zero notification

Horrific communication from the customer support team. I had a standing subscription for coffee and they abruptly stopped sending it. No email mentioning it was out of stock, or when they would fill the order. No text message. Zero notification. I reached out via email and received a boiler plate response. My reply asking if my subscription would be cancelled was also never replied to.

My advice is find a provider that maintains communication with customers when things don't go according to plan. Smucker's does not value my business.

I keep trying to get to the ordering…

I keep trying to get to the ordering process after opening an account. I just keep getting descriptions of ordering methods, etc. When I tried to contact, I kept getting "need to fill out personal info" when I had already do that. Very frustrating.
