BAD CORPORATE DECISION TO CLOSE ONLINE
Corporation often making decision based on data that maybe limited that leads to leaving a number of customers in limbo.
With that said, in my case been in an area that is away from cities with markets that offer certain gourmet products I have a subscription to receive Pilon coffee that is not available in my area. I have purchased this product even before Smuckers acquired Javacabana (the original company)
In calling Smuckers all they offer is to either buy from online retailers or just search for stores. In my opinion, is a bad decision that can lead to loss of sales as some customers-like myself-may no longer buy their products but switch (for example Starbucks that is in stores like Walmart or Sams club)
Hopefully there will sufficient customer's complaint that can make the company reconsider and reopen the online store.
