The quality of our table and benches are second to none. It is exactly what we wanted and well worth what we paid, we’re very happy with the final product. I would say however, the communication with organising delivery could be improved. It’s difficult to organise for someone to be available at home with 2/3 days notice and we had to chase up when the products were being delivered as we’d waited longer than estimated at the time we placed the order. Overall though, I would buy from here again.

Table looks absolutely amazing. The quality is just fantastic and worth every penny. Everyone who visits our home comments on how stunning the table looks and asked where it came from.

I think it is very important to share the poor experience had/still having with this company. I am not one for complaining and were so upset with what arrived as well as how we have been treated.

The table arrived dirty, with splinters and pencil marks.

After 6 days we complained and were sent sandpaper to sand the splinters down ourselves. We tried and failed and complained again, asking for a refund.
We were denied a refund and were told we should have been able to get rid of any splinters ourselves with the sand paper.

We complained again were told they will send a technician. We needed this to be a Monday, 3 weeks later they offered a date on a Wednesday. We advised this is not suitable please arrange a Monday, no response. Cut to 5 months later after the first complaint and finally a technician comes out. They said it would need fully re-sanding and varnishing and took the table away. I stated there and then I did not want this I want a refund.

We were told we could not be offered a full refund as the table is not faulty and yet they could not put it back in stock due to its "poor condition" which we apparently caused. The only offer we have had is to be refunded minus 30%.

We do not feel this is a suitable way to treat customers and overall would like to warn people of the poor quality. I wish I had of read some of the previous reviews and never have purchased.

We are absolutely gutted and £100s out of pocket.

Couldn’t recommend RCC Furniture anymore. They amended the table size to suit our needs, replied to emails really quickly with any questions we had. The quality of the table is absolutely amazing and far better than any other similar ones on the market from high street stores.

Beautiful table and bench! Very happy with our order, so sturdy and well built. We would definitely recommend, happy with the delivery communication and lovely delivery man.

I ordered a washstand and it was completely worth the wait. Beautiful quality bespoke piece of furniture.

We ordered solid oak table which is great addition to our kitchen. Guys were helpful with comms and accurate with delivery.

I ordered a 10 seater, extendable table mid-september, i had to wait a little longer than estimated, but it was delivered in time for xmas so no probs! Was delivered by 2 very nice men at 8pm one night, they assembled it very efficiently! Excellent quality, just as I had imagined it, beautiful, thick reclaimed wood😊 looks beautiful.

Been looking for a table for months everything was so expensive and not quite what we were looking for .
Came across this company on Facebook . So ordered . Table got delivered today it exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful and so sturdy. I’m in love with it

Received our dining table and benches today, so far so good. The finish is rustic which is exactly what we were looking for as with small children any marks made by them will blend in. The delivery man was brilliant, waited an hour for me to get back from the school run and problem solved with us to get the table into our house, top marks to him! Communication via email and Instagram has been great, couldn’t get through on the phone but as long as we could communicate in some form we were happy. Overall a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

We **love** our (extendable) dining table. It was made to measure and between our general instructions and Matthew’s genius it came out as the perfect fit in our dining room. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful table and sideboard delivered just in time for Christmas. We then went on to order a fire place surround to match. I’m that in love with my purchase that I’m now looking to purchase another sideboard for my living room and shelf’s. Delivery is usually 8 weeks but worth the wait. Compliments given by everyone who have seen our furniture

I wanted to share some feedback on this delivery experience.

Although you advise that in your delivery “guidance” there may be some residual oil and items must be checked prior to being put in the home. It is simply unacceptable for furniture to arrive in the state our table and benches did.

I had to spend three hours cleaning this table and benches - they were absolutely filthy - covered in oil and dirt. I’ve thrown away rubber gloves, cleaning cloths and clothes as a result of oil staining. This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful for furniture to be have been delivered in such a foul state. Despite also having sheets down to protect the floor the oil leaked through and has now stained our brand new oak flooring.

The entire delivery experience for this item has been really poor, from delays in delivery to rude customer service.

You have lost a customer who has recently bought many items from you. I will not be using your company again and will advise others against this.

I hope you will review your delivery procedures and actually clean furniture before it is delivered.

The delivery was prompt and on time. Deliver driver helped me set the table up in the living room.
The quality and workmanship of this product surpassed my expectations, I am certain that the table and chairs I ordered will last many years to come. I fully recommend.
