I have had nothing but issues with my order. Table and bench delivered did not match and table was damaged. There is obviously no quality control as the numerous replacements have either been the wrong colour or wrong size. Months later I have still not received what I ordered.

Great communication and an excellent piece of furniture. I’d followed RCC on instagram for months before we moved into our new home and I loved all their tables. When ours arrived it was so much better than expected. A truly solid beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery was quicker than we expected and they were very accommodating delivering to the new address rather than the old one. Just fab and I’m so pleased.

quality of the table is excellent with a great finish. we ordered a 2.4 m table length and 1.1 metre in width and it fills the room a treat. it's an oak plank top look and the metal legs are a great finish (in matt dark brown) and nice contrast to the wooden top. the table is very heavy which is a great sign of good quality. good comms from RCC all along too and it was worth the wait for the table. the delivery team were very polite, efficient and took the top off to make it easier to get in. we are looking to replace our kitchen table with another RCC offering. it's great value what you get from RCC compared to some of the shabby chic retro shops. almost half the price!!

Main issue here was poor customer service and response from the company. Ordered in April and told June as expected delivery date. When it got to end of June with no communication I contact company to be told 7-14 days and I would have the items. Then nothing further and contacted again and told it ready for delivery and they would be in touch. Further 14 days and finally I had to chase again. Phone calls and emails finally actioned and then issue was around delivery. £65 for a one man delivery and they need someone in to help them as heavy items. Told could pay another £60 on top for two man delivery but that would delay item further. Then they did help a bit with sorting an early delivery but in end they ring at 0630 in morning and turn up at 0700. Honestly this has been the worst experience of ordering a home furniture item ever. This is an expensive item and service provide was well below standard I would expect. Item revived is nice but due to the customer service or lack of, I will never order from this company again. It’s a shame as product is nice.

Couldn’t be happier with my new table - it has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and how amazing it looks! Can’t stop looking at it. We were after a table that had leaves you could fold down, for space saving reasons as we don’t often use a dining table, and found the perfect one on the Rcc Furniture website. It is amazing quality and looks so bespoke! The delivery was also excellent - driver was very friendly and helpful. Will buy again from this company 100%. Wish I could add photos to this review!

From asking about the sizes/colours before purchasing through to delivery RCC have been a real help.

It clearly stated how long the making process will be, they got in contact when delivery was ready and the guy who came was lovely!

I am over the moon with my new dining table and bench seats. The quality is exceptional and the rustic styling is perfect. Communication wasn't brilliant, I did have to chase up a couple of times but it was only a couple of weeks over advised lead time.
Table was wrapped well in transit and the delivery man was lovely. Very friendly and super helpful.
Overall we are so pleased with our new table - our kitchen was pretty much designed around it and I was a tad emotional when it turned up! I do think the wait has been worth it and I would definitely recommend their furniture.

Stunning furniture! Our dining room table and matching bench arrived last week and they were definitely worth the wait - lovely design, solidly made and finished to perfection. We’d also ordered three leather chairs which were unfortunately missing from the delivery however RCC sorted this out straight away and the chairs arrived within a couple of days and now we are enjoying family meals on our gorgeous new dining furniture set.

Top quality craftsmanship easy delivery and very reasonable prices mean I keep coming for more stuff.
Now I just need to think of what they can make for me next!

We ordered a diningtable and were advised immediately about the delivery lead time. When the delivery date approached, we had several contacts to agree the delivery date and time and this was accurately adhered to. The delivery man placed the table in the required room and fitted the table's feet for me. The table itself is exactly what we wanted and a great quality

Fantastic quality product, very weighty, sturdy and built to last, highly recommend this business for their quality products. Two slight niggles (they asked for honesty). We was told that our table would be ready in May however we did experience a delay and couldn’t collect until June, and we noticed that had we paid to have the item delivered it would have come wrapped in bubble wrap to minimise damage (saw items wrapped in the warehouse) however our table was not protectively wrapped so when the benches fell over in transit sadly one of the benches ended up damaged, we never reported this because ultimately it was not the company’s fault but we would recommend that future customers, if collecting, take their own wrap to ensure their items don’t get damaged and or the company wraps all their items whether collected or delivered :)

The service and quality of products have been brilliant. We initially ordered a square dining room table, we loved it so much, we then ordered an outdoor dining table. I love how the wood has obviously had a previous life, but still looks amazing. I also think the costs involved are very reasonable, given the quality of the products. Many thanks.

Have ordered several items of furniture from RCC and love them all. Excellent quality, superb workmanship and look great. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I never write reviews or complain but in this instance I had to. The customer service is utterly diabolical.

My delivery took 4 MONTHS to arrive.
I was given a delivery slot with very short notice which I couldn’t make so I asked them to reschedule asap since the order was massively overdue. This request was ignored. I left my phone number for them to contact me and sent numerous emails so we could reschedule delivery. All ignored.

Out of the blue my order arrived with no warning or communication from them. A massive heavy 10-12 seater dining table and desk with 1 poor delivery guy with this stuff stuck on a palette. Impossible task for 1 delivery guy to get the stuff off the van. THANKFULLY 3 of us were in but it was still a huge struggle to lift the stuff off the van and into the house. Had even one of us not been there it would have been impossible.

What did arrive is ok. The table/desk are well made but the finish on both is not lovely… The desk has a greenish finish which is ugly and the table is oiled which is ok.

Would I order from these people again? No way and I urge you not to unless you enjoy stressful online shopping.
