Wouldn't use them again but, in their defence, they did finally send out a technician to clean up and sand down the defects to a level we can live with. He was good and professional but not impressed with the rest of the customer service received.

Brilliant quality and attention to detail. Just be aware that if you order a bespoke made to order product, then the lead time quoted (in our case three months) is more than likely not going to be built any quicker than what they tell you. We were made aware of this right from the start, so we factored this in and it worked out fine. The order arrived as per our requested spec. Would definitely recommend and use again, well done !

So , on website at time of ordering it was 6 weeks from payment to delivery . Payed in full and after a couple of e mails I was told 12 weeks . 12 weeks came and went and no table , chased it up and was told they could deliver by pallet line as we needed table by a certain date, this was after I payed over £100 pound delivery . Pallet line couldn’t deliver in time so gave me a date and said I’d get two hours notice for delivery , my daughter phoned me and told me they dumped a full size table and bench on my drive .
You would think that the table would be out of this world given cost and hassle of getting it to me . NO , please spend your money elsewhere, there’s no after sales service whatsoever .

We recently had our kitchen renovated and were looking for the perfect table.. And we found it! This table and corner bench set fits in perfectly. It is absolutely beautiful. Yes, the lead time is quite long as they make to order, but definately worth the wait. Great product and great service. Would definately recommend. Thank you!

So happy with our new table and bench, it's gorgeous and very solid. Loved my sons when he got his so decided to visit the showroom to see the colours in person. Opted for the oil finish and its perfect! Delivery guy was brilliant and very helpful. Decided to remove the table top for ease of access and rebuilt no problem when inside. There was a problem with delivery as the bench was missed off the van but this was promptly resolved and arrived a couple of days later. Had loads of great comments from friends and family! Love it!

Ordered an industrial,table, 2 benches and 2 Tolix chairs on 3/4/23. We went to the showroom directly as we were in the area. Had to call a few times to check on progress and items eventually delivered in Mid August. We opted for self assembly as we have a narrow front door. The delivery guy offered to put the table together and this was done in 10 minutes. Excellent service.
The wait was well worth it. Wife loves the new table and benches. Would certainly buy again . It is sold as industrial and certainly looks the part.

Excellent communication beforehand and afterwards . Great delivery … huge dining table but delivery man just removed top and revolted it afterwards to get it through our doors .. brilliant service . Gorgeous table … going to order bench to match now .

What we wanted in our heads for our bathroom we could not find. After hours of trawling the internet we finally came across RCC Furniture and what we we wanted we certainly got.
Delivery took a little longer than quoted but that worked in our favour as our bathroom renovation took longer than expected.
Over the moon with our washroom cabinet. We just love it.

Ordered a dining table in dark oak, it is absolutely beautiful, excellent quality and well made. Brilliant communication from the start as well as once I received it. Would definitely order from this company again.

Where do I start..... Product quality, having just recently purchased a dinning table and coffee table and had to wait 12 weeks for delivery, you would expect something pretty special. Well believe me, quality control at RCC is none existent, we had rough edges on the timber, the fixing points was fully visible, my name was written on the coffee table then stain was applied over the top, so it was still visible, these are just a few of the issues we have had withe RCC. The Communication is shocking, they refused to give me a refund when asked, I'm chasing constantly to get someone to rectify the issues, this level of service is just unacceptable. STAY WELL CLEAR
would be my advise to anyone that is thinking of purchasing anything from RCC

The communication about time and delivery were extremely difficult to obtain, very frustrating having to contact them multiple times. Staff could be very unhelpful.
Ordered in January and only took delivery in may. Problem with steel frame shipment which delayed the table but this was not communicated for weeks until I tried to call (rarely picked up phone) and finally given update. No customer service.
Table different colour to sample wood sent out and ordered.
Table delivery poor, told top could be taken off to get into house but just put in front garden despite neighbour being there to receive delivery.

I purchased the Reclaimed Industrial Chic dining table and I am very happy with it. Very solid and sturdy, also after months of searching numerous different outlets for the right table, RCC were competitive in the pricing, especially given the good quality of the product!
Through no fault of theirs, there were some difficulty in manoeuvring the table from the van to my dining room, however the delivery driver was exceptionally calm, helpful and had all the right equipment on hand to assist. I would certainly recommend them.

Absolutely gorgeous units, I am totally enthralled! Great customer service too. I get loads of compliments from visitors. Can't wait to order my table next! Thank you so much RCC.

Update After RCC Reply Below (11/08/2023): It was surprising RCC reached out because when I initially made contact when the issue arose, no response was given. A screenshot of the 4 emails was sent, of which the reply was 'not sure'.

As mentioned, sending out an 'engineer' is not satisfactory based on previous experience of a 'technician' being sent, when actually it was a delivery driver. Additionally, sanding down the worktop is not an acceptable solution, as it will cause the top to be significantly different thicknesses and gaps will remain under the top and the frame because of the cupping. Whilst oil would improve the appearance, it would certainly not prevent the serious twisting and cupping that has occurred.

Update (11/08/2023): Not surprisingly, RCC made contact. In return for me removing the low rating, RCC offered to send out an Engineer to sand down the worktop. However, taking the top edges off will result in the wood being significantly different thicknesses. Also, it does not resolve the issue where the wood is coming away from the support brackets underneath the top. Additionally, it will still leave the gaps between the 4 top pieces exposed.

Whilst I appreciate wood is natural, thus it can move, particularly when dealing with rustic and reclaimed pieces, the twisting and cupping I experienced is far from acceptable. From my experience, it appears the wood has been insufficiently dried before manufacturing and assembly, so although the products look excellent upon delivery, over time they deteriorate and age very badly.

Original Post (09/08/2023): I purchased a dining room table and 2 benches, which I received in excellent condition. However, after 7 months, the dining room table top ended up twisting and cupping. RCC Furniture arranged for a 'technician' to resolve the issue. After 4 weeks, the 'technician' arrived with 4 piece lengths of wood, which make up the top, although it was just the delivery driver. Thankfully, as the delivery driver was helpful, we replaced the top together using my tools.

12 months later the worktop has twisted and cupped again. I have tried emailing 4 times and ringing numerous times without any response. I have since noticed the benches have also twisted which are exposing screws joining the two pieces together.

We ordered a dining table, bench and desk in Dark Oak from RCC Furniture earlier this year. Was delivered in April. We are over the moon with our items. Very good quality and exceptional service from the delivery drivers. There was quite a long lead time but worth the wait. Better than we had expected. Very good value for money - very pleased with the company. There was an issue with the desk but some feet were provided to us once we had raised out concern. We are just about to place another order for some more furniture

I have had nothing but issues with my order. Table and bench delivered did not match and table was damaged. There is obviously no quality control as the numerous replacements have either been the wrong colour or wrong size. Months later I have still not received what I ordered.
