Great experience

We have purchased many items from RC WILLEY in the last year or 2. We couldn’t be more thankful to the staff, they aren’t pushy, and they help you along the way with all your questions! Within the last year we purchased a fridge, couch, a washer and dryer, and recently, a new stove ( we had a run of bad luck on appliances at our house ). Huey helped us with all of our appliance needs, with great knowledge and kindness! Annel helped us pick out our couch with great patience, as we went back and forth on what we should get. She was never pushy, or bothered by our 100’s of questions. She just made sure we got exactly what we wanted! The manager, Andrew, helped us with our refrigerator, and couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. They also offer 12 month interest free financing, which has been great for us! Thanks to the whole staff at the Draper RC Willey, they were simply amazing! Quick shout out to the delivery staff, on time, took our old appliances with them, and very fast installation too!

`I only gave 4 stars because my carpet did not come when promised and then I was put out 2 weeks waiting for the install
The installer was fantastic!! His partner was ill that day so he installed all the carpet himself. He was very respectful of our home with no damage to the walls. The carpet install was excellent. I give him 5 stars!!!

Liked everyone no one was pushy. Very nice and tolerant of my lack of ability to make and keep my decisions!

David, my installer, was professional and did a great job. Carpet looks great.

Our salesman, Weston, was a good listener, not pushy, and helped us to make the optimal decision for our new sofa. We are also pleased with the variety of quality furniture options provided by RC Willey.

OKAY....I stand corrected. Someone at RCW answered my review, gave me a number to call and a wonderful lady in accounting took care of the interest as a courtesy to a loyal customer so thank you to her and whoever was kind enough to answer my nasty review. My faith in RCW has been restored.

I have bought 10's of thousands of dollars worth of furniture from RCW over the last 30 years. 18 months ago I bought a $9000 massage chair from the SLC store and paid $400/mo and paid all but $98 of the balance in 17 months and scheduled the final $98 payment per my bill on the 3rd of the next month. when I opened my statement they had charged me $1228 in interest because they said my 18 mo no interest ran out on the 30th of the month...a few days before the 3rd like my bill said. what a scam and there is not way to contact anyone who could fix this so I contacted my salesman who went mum. after 30 years I will never go there again

Bought new carpet and all stages from buying to install was awesome

Ordered our dishwasher online Wednesday. It was delivered and installed by J P on Friday. Fantastic service.

Came to pickup my item I had ordered online. Called as directed when we arrived. Nobody else was there waiting to receive their item, it was just us. Watched employees goofing off and riding around on the hand truck/dolly. Also, got the ever so wonderful cigarette smoke in our car as two employees walked out to have there smoke brake. It took almost 15 minutes to get our item. Gotten other items quicker when the pickup area was full!!

From the time we walked in the front door we were treated with kindness & respect! Sales Associates Matt, downstairs & Paul, upstairs were awesome! 👏🏼 The office people truly exceptional as well. Thank you all.

We recently bought some carpet from the RC Willey Draper, Utah store and could not be happier! Our sales associate Cher was awesome and helped us pick out some amazing carpet and pad. The guy who came out to measure was through and used a high tech measuring device, so there was very little waste. And Carlos the installer is a master carpet layer and our basement looks amazing. The 18 months no interest helps too. Thanks RC!

We ordered online in the evening for in-store pickup the next day. The checkout process said it would be open the next morning. In reality, the next day was Sunday, and the store was closed. I don’t care if it’s closed on Sunday, but the checkout should not have lied to us.

Easy to order, and go pickup my order.

Very friendly and responsive to our need. Was willing to match my price.

Customer service was a solid 10. We had a wonderful sales rep Brandon in the Appliance department. He answered all of our questions did not put any pressure on this at all.

The people in the finance department were great also. And, Delivery was perfect. We knew exactly when they were coming and we were able to track the delivery truck. The two delivery men were very good and worked very hard to get everything working for us. All in all it was a great experience for us.

We definitely will be shopping there again.
