Our computer chair was delivered before the estimated time given. They were in and out in no time. delivery worked great. One of the reasons we have been shopping at RC Willey for over the last 50 years. They treated us very well over the years.

The General Manager Jake Eagleston was awesome!
I made an error on my online order and Jake was able to fix it very quickly.

Smalls is a gem! They found me an awesome clearance deal in Draper, worked out the best price, and never pushed me into anything. Loved that I could still get a warranty!

I was a passed customer and it took a little more time than usual to get my account set up. WE got it finished and I was able to get my tires. Great service.

They have a great selection and the web site is very easy to use.

The person I spoke to tried to be as helpful as possible and I would have given her more stars. Unfortunately, the people who she reached out to for assistance didn't have clear answers that differed. It was confusing, disappointing and took more time than needed. As well, no repairs have ever been done on my dryer, however, because a technician came out to check out a noise and repaired nothing then that apparently voided my warranty. That seems ridiculous that I couldn't get the full 50% warranty back when no repairs were completed in the past 5 years. Unhappy.

The lack of support and customer service is not something I’ve previously experienced when working with RC Willey before, but this time it’s created a lot of frustration. No direction, no checking in and no care when I needed support. Ericka and her manager Steve have been unimpressive and provided bare minimum, lack luster customer service. I’ve spent a lot of money with RC Willey over the years. Feels like it’s time to move on.

RC Willey website is easy to navigate. Comparing various items is very helpful.
Delivered as promised

We bought a white chair from the clearance section for what we thought was a good price. But when we got it home, the different lighting showed a large blue stain.

It looks like they tried to wash it out, so it’s faint, but it’s still super disappointing to spend that much money on something that we didn’t realize was defective.

I appreciate being able to find what I need at a local business. Love supporting local.

Doug knew exactly the TV that I wanted. It was on the RC Willey website on sale for three more days. He found it and wrote up the sale . He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I was happy with my experience.

I always thought RC Willey had a good reputation but after having a couch for less than 6 months it already has a tear. We don’t have children or pets but the leather just ripped. We had service men come out and they made it sound like it would be covered but now they say there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed in your products, service and false hope.

Well when they say they would give a refund they never said it would be an in store gift card instead! That forces me to have to come in and buy something to take advantage of the gift card!

Carpet installation was the best. We were well cared for by RC Willey and the installer did a perfect job.

I recently worked with RC Willey for new carpet and LVP flooring, and overall, I’m very happy with the final product—my floors look absolutely amazing. The carpet install went smoothly, and the contractor was excellent.

The LVP portion, however, had some serious hiccups. I was originally told the job would “probably take two days,” and was quoted for nine bags of leveler. Based on that, I took time off work, cleared my furniture, painted walls, and set a date that would work with the surgery I had scheduled for after the install. Unfortunately, the job ended up needing 20 bags of leveler (more than double) and took 12 days, not two days. I had to push back surgery as a result, and it caused a lot of disruption.

That said, I went in to RC Willey and spoke with a manager, Steve, with my concerns and he listened. He refunded me $600, which I truly appreciate. He could have just pointed to the fine print and walked away, but he didn’t—he took responsibility and made an effort to make things right.

So while the process was frustrating and stressful at times, I’m pleased with the final result and grateful they were willing to stand behind their service. If you’re planning a project, I’d just recommend getting clear quotes in writing and building in extra time, just in case.

Everything was great (price, availability, loading, etc) excepts the dumb email I got tight after ordering that said it was not not stock, but when I called it was all fine.
