Excellent customer service. The sofa and chair we bought is excellent quality and was on sale. Great experience.

We had two different sales folks. Mattresses and Electronics. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure out exactly what we needed.

We ordered our microwave. We didn’t hear from anyone that it arrived at the Draper Store, so I called. They said it was there, so we drove out to get it. It wasn’t there and they said idc had labeled it incorrectly. Went home. Got a call from RC Willey that they didn’t have any but we’d have to order one from Reno. So we ordered one. Got another call from a super nice guy from Will Call that said he looked for it at the Draper store and found it. He graciously offered to bring it to our house that night after he got off work.
He was absolutely awesome. He deserves a raise and sone extra chocolate chip cookies!! He also gave us a gift card for all the hassles. Thank you!!

This last week I went into the Draper, UT store to look at rugs. I’ve purchased a number of furniture items from this store over the years. I was greeted with friendly faces and asked several times if I needed assistance. I worked with Kym Carmicheal once I chose the rug I liked. Kym was friendly and professional. I had a few questions and she was knowledgeable too. I know I will go back to this store and choose Kym to assist me in the future.

No pressure - helpful to answer questions and place the order and delivery

So evidently I had a payment not go through and It was not communicated to me that it had failed to go through. It still let me order the item online and gave me a confirmation saying I could pick up my item. I got there to pick it up and was told I could not because my payment did not process. Horrible communication from the company to me giving me false hope and so many hoops to jump through just for an $80 item

The process from the ordering to delivery was as simple and easy as anything that I had ever bought. RC Willey knows how to make things happen easily. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful and polite . Thank you for making this first time shopping experience with RC willey The BEST experience possible.

Terrible customer service at the Draper location. LUKE from electronics had a sour attitude and refused to help me with my order. When I was able to find someone else to help me, he got the order completely wrong.

We recently purchased a split king mattress from the Draper store. Our sales person, Christopher Maurer provided exceptional service during the purchase. After the sale and delivery, he provided amazing service again when we needed to exchange half of the split king for another mattress. He even got it done super fast. The delivery men were wonderful as well. They were very careful and respectful of our space, and took the packing materials (trash) with them. Thankyou!

Still waiting for my order to be ready for pick up. Starting to doubt I was actually sold an in-stock item.

Most of all it was about Mike in flooring (Draper location). He made alll the difference. He went out of his way to help, no matter how many questions I asked. He responded and followed up every time, even helping when it was on his own personal time. I don't think he could have done more, or made this any better. Thank you Mike, I couldn't have done it without your help. The 5 STARS are for you. I appreciate you so much. I must also include my grateful thanks to Pablo, Mariano and -?-. I appreciate their excellent skills very much. I couldn't have asked for more meticulous, efficient and thoughtful men to handle our carpet install, thank you, thank you. DS

Professional and friendly.

I asked an employee to help with choosing an item. He didn't know anything about them, even basic questions. He had to go look this up on his computer. He said that the store puts things on the floor and never tells the employees anything about them. Yet I saw dozens of employees scrolling on their phones that night. That time at work could have been used educating himself about the products in his department.
He told me things that were inaccurate about the item. Then I looked things up online and taught him about the product.

I purchased a couple folding chairs. I struggled to carry them out to my car. Not a single of the dozens of employees just sitting there goofing off on their phones, offered to open the door for me as I left the building. Yet they all pounce on you when you walk in, hoping to get their commission. Take care care of your customers as they leave the store as well, not only when they walk in.

The checkout process is so cumbersome. It takes forever just to make a simple purchase. Needs to be streamlined and updated. I think the company is stuck with how it ran 30 years ago and meds to be evaluated to create a more efficient experience for the customers.

Finally, everything is way overpriced.

The wide selection of furniture and the availability of knowledgeable sales assistance make shopping a pleasant experience. The only difficulty lies in making a choice from the extensive variety.

Always spot on with products and timely delivery

I purchased a machine from RC Willey. The machine had a problem and we got in touch with the salesman and he had a new replacement machine brought out as soon as possible. Very appreciative their response to our issue with our new washer that we only had for a month.

We were treated so well when we made a purchase at RC Willey for a reverse osmosis device. Firstly, I asked if I had rewards that could be applied. Those had expired but our sales person got that reversed so we could use them. Thank you so much! Also, RC Willey was offering a 3 piece slow cooker set for $20 with a purchase. That was a bargain & we took advantage of the offer. Five stars to RC Willey. They have our business into the future.
