Our refrigerator went out just a week before our son’s graduation. Definitely not the best time. Instead of spending a bunch of money on a new fridge we decided to go to RC Willey and look and some of the scratch and dent selection. We found 2 fridges there we liked, and bought one immediately and took it home. Then quickly realized after getting home that was the wrong fridge we wanted. I texted our Sales Associate Erik Escobar and he quickly responded within minutes. He immediately put in the order to exchange the refrigerators for the one that we wanted. As well as set up a time and date to deliver and pick up. I would also like to mention he took care of all of this before the store even opened on his own time. If you are looking for an amazing sales associate Erik is your guy.

The furniture was delivered correctly. My review is for the Customer service or lack of. It took me calling twice to find out about the delivery because I did not receive a text. Both times I was put on hold for nearly an hour. Today I am calling because I have never received a bill and do not want it to be late. Again, I have been on hold now going on 45 minutes to speak to a live person. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will not be purchasing from RC Willey again.

The people were very interested in my situation and when the first person could not answer my question, she went to a second , third and then to the manager and they found a solution to my problem. They were very patience and they found the correct answer.

They always have what I am looking for, great quality merchandise and great prices

I have good experience with Julie who helped me pick the item I needed. She assisted prepping documents. But I have not that good experience with the finance department to apply for financing. After reporting to them they have me wait for long time to see if my application was approved. I was told it should just take 10-15 minutes. I had to go to follow up with them for my application. Then they will ask for my social security card which I didn’t have on me. I don’t think everyone who apply for financing brings the card to the store with them. I was very a poor experience with finance. Something close to selective case.

The crew was on time and they were quick and efficient. There was no damage at all anywhere and they were very cordial and friendly.

Delivery guys are AWESOME!! RCwillys systems are so messed up. I bought 3 washers and 3 dryers. They delivered 1 washer when they were supposed to deliver all 6. I had to call customer service to figure out why delivery guys only brought a washer. Second time they came to deliver the rest of washer and dryers no connection kits were on my ticket. Luckily AWESOME delivery guys brought connections kits because they noticed there weren’t any on ticket. I needed a stacking kit for my closet washer and dryer which they didn’t have with them. I had to call customer service again and service manager that was supposed to give me a call back didn’t. I then called my sales guy and he helped me get delivery guys to bring out stacking kit to finish the job. It shouldn’t have taken 3 trips for my purchase. Very sad RCwilly’s customer service isn’t what it used to be.

Easy to order online, easy to pickup

He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to push anything on me. Also appreciated the service when this was set up for free interest on my account. Overall, my experience was very positive and greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My order was voided twice by their system after i had received confirmation of delivery and customer service couldn't fix it. Had to go the rounds with the sales associate to get it reordered. Now delivery is 4 days later than originally promised and that has now changed time already after confirmation! So frustrating! I've never had so many problems as I've had the last few days and we have been loyal customers for 20 years.

Working with Cory Madsen was such a pleasure. He was super responsive and helped us through every step of the process! It was easy and you know you get quality products for the best price! If you need appliances, work with Cory and he will take great care of you.

They will not accept returns for subpar furniture. We are done with RC Willey.

I was working on a financial issue. There were several questions asked and answered during the process. It was a very good experience overall and I expect the issue to be resolved.

I would like to give a shout out to Kelly Dyer at the Draper store. He is retiring in a few days. A huge loss for R C Willey. He was a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and very helpful. Every time we needed something he was there. He took very good care of us. I love shopping at RC Willey for all our furniture. They have better pricing and better furniture than most stores.

It was a very easy smooth process to buy my computer and printer

Too many sales people!!! My husband and I went into RC Wiley's over the weekend to look at couches and recliners. The sales people would not leave us alone!!!
They have 20 sales people for every person in the store. We spent the entire time dodging and telling salespeople we were just looking. We would just get rid of one and another one would walk up to us 20 seconds later, we didn't have any time to discuss a plan amongst our selves and ended up so stressed out from this that we ended up leaving and buying from John Paris.

When ordering online, I tried to use RC Willey financing but there was nowhere to click on that so I just used my credit card.
Also, it doesn’t say anything about taking away your old appliances that are being replaced.
