Horrible Experience
We have filed a claim three times for a new couch cushion cover. The first time, we had the ripped cover when the representative came to our home. He sent the wrong part and we were told that he would send the correct one. That never happened. Now we are on our third claim and are being told that you can't help.
This will most likely go to the BBB where we will file a complaint against the business.

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. Our records show that our extended warranty department tried to contact you shortly after your claim was started to get a clear picture of the casing that needed to be replaced, but they were unable to reach you due to not having an updated phone number. In the text conversation you have had with our extended warranty this week, you stated that you got rid of the seat casing you needed to have replaced. Due to the unauthorized disposal, we can no longer get you a replacement under warranty. You can, however, work with our extended warranty department to get a new casing ordered, but since you disposed of the original casing, it will not be covered by the extended warranty and will be at your expense. You can contact our extended warranty department at 801-464-2340 if you would like to proceed with that. They are open from 10 am to 6 pm MT Monday through Friday.
Pleasant and great experience.
The notification process was great. The guys showed up to deliver my recliner on time. I love my new recliner.

I have made several purchases with Rc Willey. All have been great, my sales associates have been there to answer questions any I have had.
I have had some warranty work done on the appliances I have. Response is quick and my appliance has been repaired.

Waited over 20 mins to pick up and was the only car there.
We waited over 20 minutes to pick up 2 small items. we evened called before we left to give them time to get the order ready. There were no other cars there.

Ordered carpet & install
Ordered carpet & install. The day before install I called to confirm the arrival window. The rep that sold us the flooring never scheduled the install even after we talked about 2 different dates & made the decision on one. Then the earliest they could get the product & someone out to install was 4 days later. I know 3k is a drop in the bucket to RC Willey but it’s a lot to some people & all they offered me was $500 refund. The manager said she would personally call me when the product had arrived & when the installers were on the way, I never heard from her again.

The store is a must see
The store is a must see. They have everything and I mean everything from furniture to appliances. The salesman, Mike, was great. We bought a dining table and chairs, patio furniture and a tv cabinet. So far the dining table has been delivered. Two of the chairs arrived wobbly with one leg shorter than it should be. Customer service was easy and will send someone to repair or replace. All good but why would they not inspect before delivery?

The store is absolutely spotless
The store is absolutely spotless. Super clean and inviting. It makes you feel like you’re in your own home as opposed to a warehouse. The selection was endless. This was the third place we looked for our TV stand. It was delivered on time and I like the stand more than the tv itself. The staff was helpful and professional yet not pushy at all. I absolutely loved my experience.

The worst Customer Service I’ve ever…
The worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen in my life. We purchased a $5000 immersive audio couch. We’ve had it for two weeks and it still don’t work. They came down last Friday and connected to the units and left. We had to purchase additional cables which we received today installed them now today if you sit up or stand up from the couch, it shuts the system off contact a customer service and nobody can help me try calling the general manager at the Henderson store won’t talk to me. Don’t buy anything from this store. I am loading up the couch in a trailer and I’m gonna go dump it on their front porch.
