For us, it’s always fun visiting the RC Willey on Stephanie. We get to see all the new products. Salepersons are all super friendly. Location is close to alot of eating places. I give this place 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a cooktop on July 5. The website stated it was in stock and was confirmed by salesperson. Was told that installer would call later that day or Saturday to set appointment. No one called. I called store on July 9 and they told me they didn’t have the item and I
Would have to wait for it to come from Utah. They need
More honesty in their transactions and less BS.

If you ever shop the Henderson store, do not use Derek as your Salesman. After he makes your sale, he cares nothing about you. If you try to call him with a problem, he says he will call you back and he does not. And if he tries to give you an inconvenience credit after you have ran circles to get him to address your problem, don't be fooled. They give it back to you in a store credit. In my humble opinion, that is a not an inconveneince credit designed to make me feel better. It only keeps the money in their pocket. Keep your store credit!

So I ordered my desktop on the 26th of June and it showed me that I was going to be able to pick it up on the 27th in store. I then call the morning of the 27th to see if I can come in to pick it up and was told it hasn’t been delivered and that it will be here today (Monday the 1st). So here I am again calling waiting on hold for almost an hour just to be told that my package hasn’t even shipped and will be here next week Wednesday. This is a very expensive product that I purchased and to have workers tell me it will be in on certain dates but it really isn’t is frustrating. But I keep receiving emails asking how the performance is and so here you go, the performance has been nothing but horrific and a let down to be so honest. Don’t tell me my package is going to be in on certain dates when you’ve been 0 for 2 on it. Also, I keep receiving emails about promotions but nothing about my order. So I hope this review shakes you up a bit because now I honestly won’t ever shop at this business after I receive my product. None of the customer service members have been helpful either. If I could give 0 stars I would because this is starting to become laughable. So either give an accurate delivery date or don’t send a survey email before the product even ships because then you’ll end up with a review like this!

I am unsure why when I placed the order for a specific location would it not tell me if an item was not in stock. We drove to the location for pickup only to find out that 1 of the 2 small electronics were not available. That should be an email, phone call or some alert so we don't show up only to find out we have to come back in a few days. Very disappointing.

High quality and great selection of merchandise, friendly sales reps and a great customer service

Inhad a very great experince with joshua joseph. He was very helpful and nice gave me. Few. Choices to choose from sincethey didnt have the. Bed in stock. That i wanted . Very polite. If i have to go back i would only shop with him. Great cuatomer service highly recomend him ..

We moved here almost 5 years ago from out of state and purchased a new washer/dryer and big screen tv from RCW. Very happy with them!
We remodeled our kitchen about a year ago. We got all new appliances. So very happy with everything including price and installation.

Most recently purchased a new Sealy mattress with an adjustable bed frame in addition to a dining room table.
The delivery crew was very pleasant but not thorough at all in examining the table or mattress before they left. We had to ask them to open the table to see the leaves function. They tried and it did not open. It felt as if someone glued the sides together.
They left a box with screws and braces for the frame headboard along with the bed remote control No explanation for either. Soon after they left, we noticed a big depression on the side of the mattress. I called RCW the next day and got a new mattress a few days later. We are still waiting for replacement of our dining table.
Overall, a good experience but not a great one! Delivery crew appeared very hurried and did not explain operation of or inspect items before they left.

They did not deserve 5 stars as they did for our other major purchases.
