Every purchase I make from RC Willy I am very happy with. They have great products & my furniture last for a years.

I wanted to purchase one of the black faux chinchilla blankets. Upon arriving to the store (the Stephanie street location) the sales man asked if I needed help looking for anything? I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me to several areas that I can check and walked away. As I walked through the store, he kept following me at a distance through out, it was kind of creepy.

Anyway, I found a few but they were displayed on beds, and I was hoping to find one not opened or used as a display. I walked through the entire store and found a few grey ones folded on a shelf in a completely different place from where he pointed out they were. I grabbed one and took it to the cashier. I really wanted a black one, so I asked the customer service person if they had one in stock that was not open or used as a display. She told me I had to find a sales person? I politely asked if she could call one for me or check the computer. She seemed like I was interrupting her day and was a little snooty about it, but called for a sales person. The sales person told her that I had to walk around the store to look for one as they did not have them in one particular area of the store. I reminded her again I did not want one that was used on a display. She looked it up in the computer and she said it showed that there were a couple In the store, but that I’d have to walk around to look for them? like seriously?? So i decided to purchase the grey one I found on the shelf.

Come to find out, the cashier whom helped me was a customer service lead. Granted I was not buying $1,000’s of dollars in furniture, but have furnished my entire home including appliances through RC Willey in the last 2 years, and felt disregarded because I was not buying large ticket items. My husband and I always recommend RC Willey and anytime we are looking for furniture and appliances always make this place our first stop. But with this sort of experience it maybe our last

Was having some issues with the appliances I bought and went into the store and they made it right and new appliances are coming out this Saturday. I’ve been with RC Willey for 39 years and they have great customer service when it comes to problems with things that you buy.

Couldn’t put it together. Bolts stripped. Never again. Why don’t they put it together like Bobs furniture.

Andrea, our sales person, was pleasant and knowledgeable and handled our order expeditiously.

Salesperson was able to add my warranty on which I forgot to do at time of purchase. That was very much appreciated.

Very profesional and kind. Got Kitchenaid stove and matching microwave.

Fast and easy. Ordered online at a great price then just went to the store to pick it up

Carl was very helpful in answering all of our questions about gas vs electric ovens. We had narrowed our choices by that point, but he helped us find the best oven for our budget and our lifestyle.

Its been over 3 months waiting on a part and no one has reached out to me with any updates. When I do call I get the runaround and nobody wants to take the lead on my repair.

Went to the Henderson store in Las Vegas, Nevada bought a refrigerator. Mr. Ortiz was great. Got to the register didn’t care for the service much. Shelly supervisor was horrible. I think she needs to go back to customer service training Benji in the back where you get your items is horrible. He also needs to go to customer service training, didn’t like the way he insinuated that I didn’t pay for an item very rude very rude. Try talking to him and he walked away and ran into the back where the stock was didn’t like that he insinuated that I didn’t pay for something when I know I did some of your team members just wanted debate a customer they should remember without us. There is no them. many things from RC Willey and I plan on being a regular customer like I have in the past for years , thank you

Excellent experience as always. We purchased a sectional, coffee table, desk, and chair. Salesman was helpful and patient with us while we decided. Delivery was 4 days from purchase, everything was in stock. Delivery crew was professional. They met delivery schedule, unpacked everything, cleaned up, and made sure everything worked. This is our 3rd major purchase of multiple items (appliances) from RC Willey and our 3rd 5 rating. 25 years living in Vegas and we won’t buy anywhere else without trying RC Willey first.

The people from sales to installer, delivery was on spot, I always trust your service and prices.

Always a great experience with RC WILLEY sales, customer service, and delivery. Have purchased numerous items over the years and never have had a problem with anything. People are nice, professional, and always helpful. Best furniture and appliance store in Las Vegas.

We bought a 77 inch tv with their "deluxe" delivery and set up. Was anything but deluxe. Turns out that set up is only for putting on a stand. If you want the tv on an existing wall mount, they charge another $169. And that does not include making the tv work with your Alexa. Felt very angry about this! Had them just drop the tv off and am scheduling my own installer, which is another cost to us!

I like that the company offers lower, competitive pricing on all brands and usually offers a sale price or promo along with a large selection variety.The staff is always courteous and eager to assist with buying options. I only buy my appliances from here.

Easy and fast

From the sales floor to the delivery, the team at Henderson was great! Sheena was so good with all our questions and very patient in getting us through the sale. And the delivery guys…WOW! They were efficient, quick and kind! Such a great experience with this store and team!
