Great Experience

Beau Garcia helped us in the store. He was pleasurable to work with. We were able to look through the bedroom section and he was always there to answer our questions. He was even able to help us select the perfect lamps.

Great service

Every person I dealt with in this transaction was exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The woman who answered the phone when I called the Rocklin store helped answer my first round of questions and when I had to call back for help placing the order, she remembered me and got me to a great sales rep Jeff Jacobs. He was super helpful in resolving the internet issue that prevented the refrigerator I ordered from being delivered to me. He followed up several times to make sure everything was perfect. The two gentleman who delivered the refrigerator were early, fast and very helpful. What ever you are teaching your employees about customer service is very noticeable. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

While making an online purchase I made a mistake, called in o the local store and they and they handled immediately and set everything up for my delivery. Very impressive.

This was my first time visiting RC…

This was my first time visiting RC Willey and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. My friend and I walked around for quite a while without any help. It wasn't until the very end that a kind associate (John Guzma) finally approached us asking if we needed any help? I'm not sure why we were overlooked, but it didn't feel welcoming AT ALL! In fact, it was, embarrassing on my part. My friend mentioned to me, I've come in this store many times and someone has always greeted me and helped me but for some reason this time no one even looked our way. I hate to say this, but I am an African American lady and she isn't. That is the only thing I could think of. We were both there to purchase furniture, but only she did because of the really nice guy named John Guzman who caught us as we were about to walk out and asked if we needed any help? or if anyone was helping us? We told him he was the first one to even look our way and speak to us. He apologized and assured us, he could help us with whatever we needed help with and again he was very sorry we experienced this. There was another older gentleman there, who watched us look at several different couches we were talking and laughing and just enjoying looking at the different furniture. He would look up at us then look back down; he did it several times. Not one time did he even ask to help. His name is John Norem, and I only know this because after we finally got help, I happen to walk back by him and seen his name tag and put it in my notes on my phone. I was going to buy furniture as well on this day, but after being treated this way, I would rather take my money elsewhere. My friend only purchased her furniture because she has a large credit limit with you guys. She kept apologizing to me and she felt bad, and I assured her it's not her fault. She said I have never been treated like this before in this store. Thank you to John Guzman, for all the help and a great attitude helping us find furniture.

Terrible manager Karina and terrible service

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to for this one. My girlfriend called to report an issue with her mattress delivery — the delivery guys stained her brand new white bed frame and didn’t even set the mattresses up correctly. She was being polite and just trying to let them know so it wouldn’t happen again, but the manager Karina was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
I was right there and could hear the whole call — Karina kept interrupting her and then hung up while she was still talking. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone in management. If that’s how they treat paying customers, I’d stay far away.

Our in-store experience was great, Delivery was outside window

Our in-store experience was great. Our delivery did fall outside of our delivery window, but it was apparent the delivery crew was doing there best to keep up. Perhaps a logistical/planning re-assessment to ensure delivery crews are able to meet their delivery schedule windows.

Sofa was delivered damaged

Sofa was delivered damaged December 2025. THAT was not the issue. POOR customer service would not end. Replacement was either never ordered or lost in warehouse. Could never reach ANYONE who knew ANYTHING. No employee could tell us IF it was ordered or or when. Would NOT connect us to a Manager and actually told the manager does not have an email account. Addressed concerns in writing to general email account given, No phone calls

The guys that delivered the merchandise…

The guys that delivered the merchandise and picked up the other merchandise today were awesome. Very nice guys.. And at the end they Asked me if I needed anything else& Is there anything else we can do ??? A+!!!

$4000 later still NO FRIDGE

We bought a $4000 floor model fridge. We get it delivered. All we’re told is give it a few hours. Fine. We think nothing of it & go to sleep for the evening. Wake up the next morning & the unit never got cold. $400 of groceries gone. I call customer service who were the most condescending rude people I’ve ever spoken to. Go to the store as soon as they open & was told “it’s not broken. It’s on demo mode”. Not one person from the point of sale to delivery ever let us know we needed to take it out of demo mode. Go back home, take it out of demo mode & guess what? STILL BROKEN. We have been without a fridge since Friday. They are now saying we will be without until Wednesday. That “maybe” we will get bumped up to a quicker delivery. Totally unacceptable. They should have had a new unit to my house within 24/48 hours MAX. This was THEIR MISTAKE. Nobody thought to test the unit before it went out?? I will NEVER do business here again and neither should you

Excellent service from knowledgeable people!

After finding the item needed on their website and called and immediately was able to speak with a sales person. He knew the product I was referring to and quickly confirmed that I was looking at the correct item. I placed my order for pick up and mistakenly listed the wrong store location. I called customer service and that representative immediately corrected my error. I’m very impressed with the service by people on site and knowledgeable. I was not referred to some overseas call center.
