We ordered a washer and dryer. I was told that they would be delivered together. When the delivery truck arrived it only had the washer. No advanced notice was given regarding the delay. The dryer is “scheduled” to arrive in 5 days.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the refusal of the customer service department to move up the delivery date closer to the promised delivery date.

I was there with my mom who uses a walker and standing/walking for extended periods of time is extremely difficult. She had a good idea of the style of furniture she wanted so she gave the salesman an idea of what she wanted and he let us sit and wait while he looked through the show room and then directed us to the area where he found what best fit what she wanted. He was so helpful and very kind. He explained very clearly what is included in the cost of delivery and the warranty. The entire experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend asking for Cyrus if you want friendly and efficient customer service.

Went with friend to check out appliances. Matthew Boucier approach us offering assistance and while were looking. Shortly after we had questions and he offered professional knowledge, patience, and helped with every detail of the shopping experience. The 4 stars were due to the check out/finance department..since they were financing the sale I felt they could have explained all the details and extra expenses which were confusing. Matthew gave us a good overview. He helped make the shopping experience easy. He also was available for all the questions we had after we left the store. Will recommend him to friends looking for a great shopping experience

I got my refrigerator without an ice maker and it took over a month to possibly get he right one. I am suppose to get it Tuesday but who knows if it is the right one. This has been a pain.

My furniture was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Received call from a driver, that delivery didn't provide an address for him, when I told him my address he said he couldn't deliver to me as he had an electric truck. I asked for his supervisor number and he refused to give it to me. Called customer service and they were very rude. Claimed it was my fault they didn't have correct address, I told them I'm looking at my receipt that clearly has the delivery address listed, and I told them I could forward. They doubled down and said I was lying. Suffice to say, I'm out 3k and sitting on the floor right now typing this... they rescheduled delivery for next week, when I asked them how without my address, they hung up on me.

This was not our first time purchasing from RC Willey but it was a first for appliances. We were getting a dishwasher for delivery and installation and a microwave that we would pick up later. All was handled well. The initial dishwasher had a damaged package and dent on the door which was noticed by the installer before it came to our home. The installation was rescheduled and we are now using our new, quiet dishwasher. There was a glitch picking up the microwave but Customer Service was very helpful and the microwave is perfect. If you have any issues at all, RC Willey can be trusted to make things right.

Ordering this item online, I chose PayPal and after approving purchase on PayPal, was sent back to an RC Willey screen that had no buttons other than to choose PayPal again, which I did, resulting in duplicate pending charges on my bank account. Also, after picking up the item locally I got an email saying it was not ready for pickup, so do not come to the store.

We were lied to our face by a salesman and conned out of $250 for a protection plan that is nothing what the salesman said it was. We bought our sectional in 2022 and the salesman convinced us to buy a “7 year sectional protection plan” said it would cover anything that happened to the fabric, including pet damage. We specifically asked if the cat claws it up, if it covered, and she said yes. Also told us that it included the mechanism and frame. Now 3 years later with a broken sectional mechanism, and being told the plan I bought only covers stain damage and defects in the seams. No pet damage coverage, no mechanism coverage. Only stain protection. And I’m not alone in this. My parents a few weeks after us bought a couch set and the same protection plan, under the grounds that it would protect from their cats and dogs clawing or chewing on it. Lies by shady used car type salesman.
