RC Willey - Roseville Distribution Center Reviews 

Excellent care and I appreciate the professionalism.

We purchased recliner love seats in June 2023 and a battery pack. Battery pack stopped working and recliners were no longer had good support, we called customer service, and they sent someone out July 2024. We were told battery pack needed to be replaced and was under warranty and would order a new one and they would get new stuffing and fix our support issue. After at least 10 calls thru January 2025 which we were told everything was covered we found out battery pack was out of warranty, why were we not told sooner??? After 7 months stuffing was replaced. We have since need new furniture but will never deal with RC Willey again, we have spent over $9,000. Customer service was absolutely terrible.

I ordered online. Drove immediately to the warehouse. They were quick and efficient and I had my new washer home before the dryer finished its cycle.

I went to the distribution center in Roseville, CA. to pick up a 75” Samsung television just purchased by my husband. An employee came out of the warehouse by himself with a box that was huge, which was to be expected. I followed the posted instructions which stated to wait by my vehicle and was not expecting to be part of the process of getting it into my van. The most I thought I needed to do was to move my seats and set stuff aside to make the process more efficient. I looked for a co-worker to quickly follow him to help, but instead this man had the nerve to say “ can I get some help with this?” Like, whattttt?? Couldn’t believe he was talking to me. First of all, I’m a 5’2” female and I don’t have the strength to carry a box that’s twice my size and weighs more than me. Secondly, I’m not wearing a shirt that says “RC willey” cuz I’m a customer,not an employee! I was not in the mood to break my back. I was baffled by his request and asked him to call a coworker. He then turned around, seemed to pout and then called for help. This is either poor customer service or just plain laziness. If I had agreed to “try” to help this employee, I could’ve put myself at risk or been liable for damages to what I purchased! He expected that I help him carry it off of a raised area and then walk several feet to my trunk without dropping it. Absurd. I could tell the box was even heavy for the two of them. Please have a talk with this employee. Common sense should be a requirement for this job. I’d like to continue to shop here but I hope for a better experience in the future.

AND.. to clarify further—the employee was not looking for me to direct him, he wanted me to physically help him CARRY IT. I appreciate the reply.

Picked up a chair at the Roseville Distribution Center and it was very quick, easy and police service.

Good customer service.

My recliner hasn't arrived yet do gave 4 stars for service on line so far

Wonderful! So easy to shop and buy a new TV on line!!

I didn’t like receiving 2 defective ranges(stoves) whose model had been discontinued so there were no replacements. Had to get a refund and go to a competitor for the updated model. Took me about 5 hours before I finally was connected to a very customer service oriented lady at my RC Willey store at Delta Shores before the pickup and refund were authorized.

The gentleman were rude, short, unpleasant. I went to pick up a TV and automatically said no it won’t fit. So my husband went with our and they said their paper work said he wasn’t on the account. We called the store and they said no that is not true- went back and forth and the pick up center said he didn’t care if we canceled our Tv and couch we just ordered

Online order pickup up took around 30 minutes. They weren't even busy.

The salesman helped me by writing up my sales at a computer and held several items near the front door so I didn't have to carry them around!

Took 6 months to get a replacement part for my recliner.

When we went to pick it up, they said it was cancelled. Called to see why and he said he didn’t know. He was very rude. Called customer service to find out why my order was cancelled. She couldn’t find it. Was on hold for awhile and she came back and said it was not cancelled. Called pick up back and he said it was cancelled and I told him the customer service rep said it wasn’t and even walked over there to tell them it wasn’t cancelled. We had to go back to pick it up again. Was a very big hassle. I am so upset by this, we didn’t even open the box and will be returning the item for a full refund!

The easy way to order and free curbside delivery 😃

Poor delivery service on 6/6/24 and no response from customer service so I am unable to report issue.

When ordering on the website, I was informed that I could pick up the merchandise the following day. When I got to the distribution center the next day, I was told that the merchandise was coming from Utah and it would take about 3 days to arrive. The customer service representative informed me that RCWilley’s new computer system doesn’t tell the customers that. I was disappointed that I would have to make another 45 minute trip back to the warehouse in three days. HOWEVER, the customer service rep was able to check the stock in the California warehouse and was able to give me the merchandise on hand and restock their inventory with my shipment from Utah. I was very happy with the customer service rep’s knowledge and ability to process my order while I was onsite. 1 star rating for the website issues, but 10 stars for the customer service rep!!!!

I had to cancel my order because the Item I ordered was Misrepresented. It was not available for pick up And I had to keep calling to get updates

I have been purchasing from the RC Willey in Roseville, CA since they first opened. I love them! The choices from furniture of all kinds, to large electronics, large appliances, and home essentials are amazing! And, the customer service throughout has been 5 stars!

The price was great. Free shipping is great and all furniture we bought in the past has been wearing well. Thank you
