Good sevice, damaged product.
The crew was good, not great. I'm fairly sure they were short handed that day, so it took about 25 minutes for the order to be brought out. Can't fault them for that. Product had some cosmetic damage. I did not notice this until I was unpacking it. Live too far away to bring back.

Amazing & quick service
Amazing & quick service! I ordered a refrigerator online and was able to go directly to the distribution center to pick it up same day. The purchase confirmation email included instructions to call 30 minutes prior to arrival for a quicker pick-up which I did. Upon arrival, there was clear signage instructing me to call or text, I received an immediate reply to my text confirming they would bring it out very soon, only waited a few minutes and a very nice employee came out and loaded it into my truck. Very good experience all the way around.

Easy Pick up and Assembly
The boxed side table was delivered quickly to my car at customer pick up. This required assembly which was easy, and all materials were present and in good condition. It matches other living room furniture previously purchased. Very Satisfied.

Was told my delivery would be between 11am and 1pm. Now it appears it won't be here till between 5:10pm and 5:40pm. Called customer service and they told me it should be here at the earlier time but when I tracked my order it is still saying the later time. No one seems to know or can help me. I had made arrangements to be here and have no idea when my order will be delivered. I am very busy and don't time to sit here all day wondering when my order will arrive. Not very happy. Kevin

Hi Kevin! It does seem like there is a glitch in our delivery system showing you a much later ETA than your time frame. Everything we show is that the delivery will be closer to the time frame you were given of 11 am to 1 pm. The delivery might be a little late, but not as late as the evening. Please contact customer service at 916-770-2750 to be kept up to date on your delivery.

I usually have a great experience, but this time I had no communication on when my furniture would be delivered to the warehouse. The first time I called customer service they had to request it to be delivered from their Utah warehouse and told me I would have to keep calling to see when it was finally delivered.

Picked up refrigerator in box and the service was great. Got home and there was a dent in the right side bottom of refrigerator. I have pictures if needed. Also did not receive the small plate that sits on the outside of the door where the water holder is.

I guess that was my fault this was my first time ordering from RC Williey they could have asked me if I needed help with assembly as an above and beyond I would have had it assembled sorry I share in the misunderstanding!!
