RC Willey - Sacramento / Elk Grove Reviews 

Was flagged as fraud when ordered online. But had no problem in person and was no reason for it to be flagged not like it was a big expensive. Definitely inconvenience here had to drive like a hour to make the purchase in person and did it with cash because had a feeling they will call it fraud even with ID and all verification. Such a waste of time. So if someone thinking to make a purchase go to bank and pull out the cash cause they will decline online orders and put hold on the money even though they decline it.

I'll be sending an email to corporate about their delivery people!! Horrible...
I've spent close to $10k and 2 out of 3 deliveries were horrible service and people!! You need to assess who you're hiring!!

We love RC willies. We’ve bought a lot of furniture at the Delta shore one. Living room TV room bedroom outdoor stuff. A lot of gifts, always happy with them. Except for the last time we ordered rocker recliner. When they told us it came in, we went to pick it up. And somehow it got sent back and then we had to go back again. We were kind of upset because it was a long way to drive. But Sam Cyrus, the one that sold it to us was very helpful and followed through with it and even two weeks later made sure we were still happy with what we got And on top of that he sent us a personal thank you. Note for letting him serve us. Very personal very nice. Would highly recommend them.

Wow! What can I say? We ended up purchasing an entire living room and bedroom setup, including a mattress set and even a nice entertainment center that provided a base for our large screen TV on the top and had an imitation fireplace on the bottom. For the fireplace, we could turn the heat on or leave it off and have just the flames. RC Willey really does have a giant selection of anything you could be looking for to outfit your home. They probably had over two dozen imitation fireplaces to choose from! A few years ago we bought kitchen appliances and also an LG washer and dryer from RC Willey. All reasonably priced and with such a big selection on everything, it really is a place for one-stop shopping. I like that the sales department keep their distance and don’t tag with me UNLESS I want them too. I hate the used car salesman type of sales people at a furniture store where they follow you around constantly. RC Willey is not like that. For these recent purchases my salesman was Alfonzo. What I really liked about him is that he was able to save me alot of time because he knows his furniture well. I only wanted to buy furniture that was in stock so it would be readily available. He was able to save me alot of time because on most of the items that I questioned, he already knew whether it was in stock or not. “On this bed, the queen is in stock, but not the full size”, or, “on that one the full is almost always in stock, I would just need to verify. But I’m pretty sure it is in stock.” He would already know how long it would take to get it, if it wasn’t. On the very few things that he needed to look up, he knew right where to look in the computer and got the answer within a few moments. Surprisingly, most of the items I asked about were in stock! I did have a unique delivery situation that I needed to be absolutly resolved before I could commit to the purchase. It was for a delivery request that I had that was outside of the normal RC Willey delivery procedures. So I sat down with the store manager Mike Alread to discuss my unusual needs. I actually sat down with him in a living room display in the middle of the showroom. Nice couch, by the way! Anyway, I like that I didn’t have to go to some office like at some furniture stores, or like at a car dealership to be looked down upon while sitting behind his desk with all those award plaques on the wall. I don’t like managers in any business that looks down on their customers in order to project some kind of importance. He was very approachable. I got the feeling that Mike understands that the customers are what is important, not the other way around. He made a personal promise to me that he would make sure my needs were met. Because of his promise, I made the big purchase. It was a Win-Win for both me and RC Willey.

I highly recommend RC Willey for their wonderful showroom and staff, large selections from appliances, furniture, and everything in between, as well as reasonable prices to fit all budgets.

Description of item clear. Was able to determine the size to ensure it can fit through the door. Buying the item was easy and it gave me the chance to credit one of your employees who assisted me during my in-person visit.

A greeting and a smile ,with directions of where to fine what i was lookin for. The sales persons was close for questions and happily patient to help. We made a decision wrote it up and picked it up the next day. And a 150.00 refund from the last purchase we made 4yrs ago. As Arnold once said " I'll be back"

I know well of Murphy's Law. Long story short we are gratefull for Ken F. There were times he was not at work but took our call and took care of the situation. Great Customer service and follow up to our situation with the furniture manufacture. We are happy and enjoying our new furniture.

Your website shows no way to check on an order that I currently am waiting on for the delivery of an ottoman that has to be made! It’s been over a week since my couches delivered and 2 weeks since ordered! I have no idea when delivery of the ottoman will be accomplished and no way to check online for possible delivery date even when I give a review after being asked for order number!
Very poor customer service!

I wasn’t sure about having to assemble the product and the quality of the product. I feel like I took a chance because I really couldn’t tell what it looked like in the picture and not really being able to send it back without paying a lot of fees. But after getting it in a reasonable timeframe and following the simple instructions (it has taken me 3 days to assemble by myself) I am happy with the results.

Purchased a wall console almost 2 years called because lighting wont work extended warranty does not cover and they cannot even assist us in finding the replacement at our cost wow thanks for the 3500.00 we paid as well as the thousands we’ve spent there terrible customer service!!!!

Store experience was great, sales team allowed for us to shop pressure free, when we were ready to make a decision sales person answered several questions for us, and even showed us another option in comparison to one of the options we had chosen. Highly recommend RC Willey for your major appliance purchase. The delivery and install process left me having to finish the work myself, be sure to ask questions on what they will and will not do a delivery/install.

Too be honest I leave this review as I am shocked with how I was treated to be honest I have gone to RC Willey because typically the service is exceptional but not any more. What looks like supervisors of the cashiers look like they can’t be bothered with customers so clearly leading by example this is the perception of the store. Only after having to call a store manager was I given some what of an answer which still doesn’t make sense but oh well. After my next delivery I will shop elsewhere because of this.

I was able to review the product in the showroom and later buy it online with no hassle and easy steps to purchase it on sale on Thanksgiving Day.

Orlando was great to work with, very nice and professional!! We LOVE our new bed!! We both sleep better since getting our new mattress and adjustable bed frame 😊

The sales person Maureen was very helpful and showed us all of our options. The store is very nice with many options to chose from.

I was not very pleased with the delivery team though. I asked them if they could help me carry out my old couch to the garage and they said they would for a tip. I told them I did not have any cash and their response was, ok you can take it out yourself. Unfortunately I am not strong enough to do that so I had to come up with some money to give them. That is why I am giving 3 stars rather than 5.
