The sales person Maureen was very helpful and showed us all of our options. The store is very nice with many options to chose from.

I was not very pleased with the delivery team though. I asked them if they could help me carry out my old couch to the garage and they said they would for a tip. I told them I did not have any cash and their response was, ok you can take it out yourself. Unfortunately I am not strong enough to do that so I had to come up with some money to give them. That is why I am giving 3 stars rather than 5.

We went there in the delta Shore outlet -Sacramento and purchased furniture and received excellent customer service through the Sales Executive Mr.'Mike Carrasco'.He is out and out gentleman and guided us the whole time in helping us getting the best deal.I highly recommend him .Make sure,you take an appointment through online website of RC Wiley before going there.Thank You

Wonderful cashier customer service in store

We ordered an item from your store and it was on back order. The only way we found out the order was in was because we called. They said the product had been in for a few days but no one contacted us. Then when we scheduled the delivery, we did not get a confirmation because they had the wrong phone number and email address. The whole process was very difficult and I’m not sure I would want to do it again. I would probably come back because no other store has what I want. I was pretty dissatisfied by the service I received.

Order was in stock and delivered quickly. Very professional. I was kept in the loop for every steps from the order, schedule, delivery and arrival. Thank you

Buying our first sofa, we had the pleasure of Gabby Vasquez helping us verify what we were looking for was available. It took us a couple of visits and she remembered us every time.

If you want EXCELLENT customer service then work with Jett at the Delta Shores location in Sacramento! He is incredibly knowledgeable and made our shopping experience fun (and I absolutely HATE shopping!) I actually felt like a more confident and experienced shopper after working with Jett. Thank you!!!!

Worst experience ever I bought a washer and dryer ,dryer appeared to have a dent on the door, was already out of the box when delivered stated that the valve for the washing machine had a leak. Delivery stated I needed to call a plumber before they would install.
I called a plumber He stated valves are fine no leak. I called RC Willey for three days trying to reach someone, left a message for the manager three days in a row no call back. I went back to the store spoke to the store manager. He refunded me my $123 for the plumber. He rescheduled the hook up of the washer and dryer. The washer was successful. Valve never had a leak . They then began to hook up my dryer, but the dryer would not work. They Then stated the outlet was faulty They could not get the dryer to turn on so I would now need to call an call electrician , electrician came stated no problem with the outlet or electrical box $97 for the electrician .The dryer did not work it was dead no good .
I called RC Wiley , to replace toxic dryer another three days wait for a replacement .
I went to my email to look up my sales person‘s name, I realize I was given the wrong receipt with somebody else’s name and information and their purchase. When I did find the sales person, Herbie Anderson, Who sent me somebody else’s receipt with their name and their information.
When I told him he emailed me somebody else’s receipt and begin to tell him all other problems. He became very defensive uninterested and rude yelling at me over talking me ,would not let me finish a sentence would not let me talk, stating he didn’t care about all that, what can I do for you?
We care about our customers ,Does Not Apply ….at this RC Willey at Delta shore location.
Buyer beware take your business elsewhere.

Shopping was easy but logging into my account was impossible. Finally had to call customer service to get access to my account and reset my password, after that it was easy to place my order and schedule a delivery. Thank you.

The two men that brought our item out were super nice.

Your business takes care of its customers 100%. I will never shop at another furniture store ever again. Keep up the great customer service. Too bad other businesses do not follow your customer service motto.

Bought a recliner that malfunctioned on delivery. I placed a service call and the technicians said they would have to order a part that would take a month. It has now been 8 weeks with no followup from the company. We have called customer service multiple times, and have gotten the run around, nobody can tell us when we can realistically expect the part to come in, or if it ever will.

This is not a complicated problem. At this point someone should go to the warehouse grab the part from another recliner and use that one.

Surprisingly poor customer service.

Update: called customer service again and they said that parts will take 8-12 weeks to come in from the time that the part was ordered, which was an additional 2 weeks after the service call. All in all, a simple repair that RC Willey is obligated to make will take 3 months or more and in the meantime we have a half-functioning recliner.

Edit in response to comment below: I understand that's not policy, I understand the part is coming from overseas. That comment was more about the lack of initiative to fix a malfunctioning product you sold. Why not use FedEx, it's global. Or show me you're making an effort to solve this so I don't have to wait a quarter of a year to get a functioning product I paid for.

The new sectional that i purchased was delivered and set up very nicely, and after using the sectional for its intended purpose, I have found that it is better than anticipated, for comfort, style, and appearance, I would recommend this RC Willey to others

The ordering and sale person very excellent. Only issue is still waiting on delivery date to be confirmed after 2 months still waiting.

Purchased mattress to be delivered. Delivery personnel upon arrival wanted to use bathroom. Then while unloading mattress they dropped it. Then one of the workers said the bedroom was too small and had to get out. Other worker finished setup by himself. COULD NOT WAIT TO GET THESE TWO CLOWNS OUT OF MY HOUSE.

We stopped in looking for a sofa and was greeted by salesperson Sam Cyrus. He was a pleasure to work with and spent time discussing the options. We haven’t purchased furniture in a few years and will definitely go back and see Sam when we are looking in the future

Your staff is exceptional! The selection of furniture and appliances has always been the store I give rave reviews to family and friends!

The help in the store was valuable and I really appreciated the call before the chair was delivered.
