We bought a dishwasher from Zachary at the Summerlin store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us select the right dishwasher for us. He really listened to our needs and provided excellent customer service.

I love this store! I needed to make another purchase and my go-to salesperson retired. But she recommended me to Dean and he is the best replacement I could ask for! Great communication and exceptional support is what he provided me in the purchase and I plan to make future purchases with him again! The delivery team was also amazing and they are fast and careful with the new furniture. I would 10/10 recommend this store, always.

I was in need of a washer/dryer combo - due to physical limitations I chose to do the purchase by direct phone contact with an RC Willey expert sales associate. I have done business with RC Willey’s for over 20-30 yrs while living in Utah. I spoke with Craig Galano who listened to what I was looking for. My old models were high level brand fully loaded which I purchased in 2016 and have not been happy with the washer or gas dryer. Both came with steam function which I only used a handful of times. The washer stopped spinning and the dryer worked on one mode only. I wanted a basic model for both without steam. My daughter has the LG brand and during my lengthy visits I used them doing the wash for 6 in the house - very pleased with ease of use. Craig helped me find what I was looking for and within 30 minutes I had purchased my new units and had them delivered 5 days later! Very happy! Deivery and installation went quickly and without incident. I used the machines that afternoon and several times since. Very happy with overall experience! Thank you RC Willey!!

We purchased carpeting for 4 rooms about 3 years ago. The carpet was high quality as was the padding. The carpet began buckling about a year ago. R C Willey did come out to re-strench the places where the problems occurred. We are now faced with the issue again in quite a few places. I know we are out of the warranty period. I've never ever had such an issue with carpeting like this. My only conclusion is that it was never installed properly to begin with. We paid a higher price for both the carpeting and padding and it looks horrible! Not sure what can be done to remedy the problem but I don't believe I should have to pay out of pocket for a poor installation job.

High quality products, good selection, and great delivery service.

We bought a TV last fall from RC Willey and have 100% satisfied with our purchase! We decided to buy a bigger TV and came back to RC Willey. Our sales associate Michael McDuffie put us in contact with Chris Bracamontes of the Appliances/Electronics dept. Chris was so extremely helpful, we spoke to him on the phone before we came into the store to let him know what we were looking for. Once at the store, he was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and beyond helpful! There was a few things we needed done, moving one TV to another area and also installing the new TV- both mounted on walls. Chris was wonderful, he arranged and coordinated everything and was 100%!!! We are so happy with our new purchase and definitely will be coming back for all our future electronic needs! Chris is our go to person for electronics and highly recommended him! Thank you Chris for a positive shopping experience!

From start to finish, working with Chris in the Appliance department, to outfit our remodeled kitchen, was one of the easiest and most friendly retail experience that we have ever had. He was knowledgable, personable, attentive and thorough. We look forward to working with Chris again soon to purchase our TV.

He is extremely knowledgeable and can give you an honest opinion on functionality, quality and price. He does his utmost to find you the best deal.
