Phoned for repair of my cooker appointment next day. Zak Phoned before appointment to let me know how long he would be. Zak was a pleasant young man and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Part was replaced and working before he left. I would give Zak an extra star if I could. If I required an engineer again I hope it is Zak .

The person that came out was fantastic very professional had a good look and got everything sorted with getting me a new tumble dryer as part wasnt avaliable couldnt have asked for faster and professional people thanks

Can’t fault the company, my appointment was made through Currys for my tumble dryer to be fixed, within 48 hours they where at my door and within 5 minutes the part was replaced

Washing machine was coming up ‘dc’ on the screen, initial engineer thought it was the door but when the 2nd engineer Stephen visited with a brand new door and fitted it, the issue was still there. He looked at all other components on the washing machine and rightly identified the true problem and fixed it swiftly. Now my washing machine is working perfectly again, Stephen was such a gentleman and took great care in his work. Very happy customer today, Stephen is an asset to your company.
