I ordered and paid for two doors and was given a date for fitting 6 weeks or so ahead . I had sone contact with them before fitting to ask a couple of questions. The guys turned up on the day that was booked , explained how the day would go and proceeded with a very professional job . No mess was left . I am a happy customer .

Due to having back problems in September 2020 I decided to have a roller shutter door fitted to my garage and after seeing their advertising chose Rolling Door Concepts to supply and fit it. BIG MISTAKE! When the fitters originally fitted the door, they did not fit the guard for the roller and on the outside fitted trim which was a different colour to the door as the did not have any of the correct trim. They also did not fit the manual door opener. 3 months later (Christmas) the door would not open with my car stuck inside. After contacting them (email only - no telephone number) they agreed to come in JANUARY! (I had to call another door fitter to get my car out). In August 2021 the door slats parted, again meaning the door would not open. A month later they came to repair it. March 2022 and door failed again for which they wanted to charge me! After I wrote a poor review on Trustpilot they offered to do the repair for free if I removed the review. Foolishly I did. May 2022 and the door has failed again. I now have no confidence in RDC so called in a local independent door company to repair the door. Their diagnosis is that the motor has gone and they will repair and guarantee their work. I am sorry now I did not pay the extra money for a reliable door company to supply. My experience based on this is that I am now wary of reviews left on Trustpilot.

An absolute sham of a company. Door fitted just under a year ago and following a power surge the electric tripped in the garage. Tried to use the manual winder and guess what..... it just spins around and isn't even connected to the door!

Logged a repair request - says within 24 - 48 hours. Given an appointment in two weeks time and on the morning of the appointment they cancelled it as the engineer 'was in hospital on a drip'. New appointment, another two weeks and guess what, no communication and when I checked was told the engineer couldn't make it again.

That's a whole month, no access to the garage, no washing machine, no garden equipment, unable to charge my electric car and two days off wasted from work waiting for these cowboys.

They ring you off a withheld number so you can't contact them back. The manager won't speak to you on the phone, only email so there's no accountability and so far no response to the complaint I submitted.

Believe the bad reviews - they should be avoided at all costs

I ordered and paid for a garage door on 25 January 2022. I was supposed to have it fitted on 7 March. I got a call to say fitter had a hospital appointment. He was supposed to come 8 March fitter had broken his leg. Door was installed 25 March 2022. Ten minutes after fitter left we opened and shut the door it literally got caught in a screw he had left exposed and fell to pieces in front of my eyes. You cannot contact this company by any means. So out of desperation I left a message on their facebook page and by some miracle the fitter got the message and returned the next morning Sunday Morning at 6.30am. He temporarily fixed it and since then I have had three dates for the door to be properly fixed and three times let down. I receive a text message from a lady called Ashley who just gives me a new date and time and apologises for the inconvenience. She does not ask if that date and time are okay. I find the company is a shambles and their customer service is extremely poor. On three occasions I have asked for their complaint policy and each time I am ignored. Please do not use this company. It is possible that different parts of the country experience different things but my experience has been awful. My invoice is RDCUK22 INVOICE 256 if you want to contact me.
Update the fitter was supposed to come this morning between 8-12 so I got up at 7 to be ready for him, moved my car off the drive and cancelled my dog walk with friends. Surprisingly the fitters van has broken down and they don’t know when he can come. This is the fourth time I have been let down.

what a pleasure it was dealing with this company was, from customer services, sale team, and the fitting team, nothing was too much trouble. a fantastic team all round. As for the doors they look great and the fitting is exactly what we hope for. I would have no problems recommending this company to my family and friend.
I was worried as I booked every thing on line, with out seeing the item in person. I need not have worried, every this stated on their web pages give you accurate and straight forward information. but if you need more or something explained they are more than willing to help.

The whole experience with RDC was excellent. Everything happened as and when they said it would, the fitters were on time, very efficient and polite, and the door works well and looks great. Highly recommended!

No response from Rolling Door Concepts despite me answering their query as detailed above. I wonder why? No answer is there - you do not make it clear the fitters are allegedly nothing to do with your company!!!

Reported problem on the day the door was fitted. Have been let down on multiple occasions where they haven’t turned up. The fitters they use are not vetted they are self employed and clearly not competent to install doors. They bodged my door using MY timber that they decided to help themselves to. They have left the electrical control box cover resting where if nocked exposed live poorly terminated wires are exposed. I have now taken this matter further with the ombudsman.

Great door was everything we wanted at a great price. Fitting team were great and explained everything. Would definitely recommend to others

Had 2 doors fitted today in clacton on sea, one to a pre fab garage and another to a brick built garage, got to say that the 2 guys that turned up did a great job and where a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend, very happy

Was really pleased with my garage door from RDC BUT not with the after care. Booked an engineer visit for today between 8 and 12 and am still waiting. You can not contact them by phone so I am stuck with a garage door that will not open.
Just received contact from RDC that Engineer is running very late but it would have been better if they had let me know this without me trying to contact them on several occasions.
I would like to rescind my review. Apparently the gentleman had had trouble with the weather and other problems and did get here and did the job. He was lovely and very apologetic for the lateness of his call. Thank you RDC

After making initial contact through facebook I am now being bombarded by different numbers texting me 'flash sale' spam messages. I have texted the sales representative to ask that these messages stop but they still keep coming. I have blocked the numbers but they still keep coming. I don't appreciate this style of (outdated) sales technique. After reading several similar reviews regarding the same thing, poor aftercare and poor quality products I will not be doing business with this company. Don't give out your contact details, you've been warned

Had my roller shutter door fitted on 4th March 2022 the two fitters rang me 30 minutes or so before arriving they were very polite and started work very professional very clean and tidy did a really smart job many thanks

Had our garage door installed today. I am over the moon with it! The whole process from ordering the door to installation has been so easy and the customer services has been excellent. Thank you RDC! Highly recommend

I haven't even ordered from them, I just started looking for a new garage door and they got my number and now I'm getting a text message everyday about their so called 'special offer' The texts are not identifiable - but I've tried to block it and I've text back STOP which failed to send. I've email them as well and asked them to stop sending texts and I didn’t receive any responses and they continue texting me.
Personally, I think that most of their positive reviews on here are fake.
