On the recommendation of both my son in laws I rang RDC to regarding purchasing a new garage door ..The lady who answered my call was both pleasant..friendly and knowledgeable ..she took my details and advised me the finance department would ring me the same day which they did as promised ..RCD kept me informed of delivery and fitting dates unfortunately one if the fitters was unavailable on arranged fitting date but was happy to fit the door the following Sunday !!!Which was above and beyond..the fitters were great ..quick efficient and cleaned up any packaging and took away the old door...I could not be more pleased with the service received and would highly recommend 😀

The fitters where great and did a great job of our new garage door. They took all the rubbish with them and shown us how to use it. Highly recommended. I’m in business myself and will be recommending if anyone asks.

Very pleased with the quality of service provided, from order to install date (though I had to wait a long few weeks). Fitters were lovely and talked me through the whole thing then showed my partner and I how to use it.

Everything is 5 Star but I leave it as 4 as I would've liked a courtesy call or text slightly ahead of the day.

Have been approached by the company in speedy manner, door arranged to be repaired again the following morning, I have now changed this review from 1star to 3stars due to this gesture, pending on whether the door brakes for the 6th time I will update the review accordingly

Would give 0 star if I could, had a single door installed by them 15 months ago, as of yesterday the door have failed and broke itself for the 6th times, absolutely ridiculous!
Now they don't even bother coming to fix it anymore, absolutely scam. Would avoid at all cost

Had door fitted in May '22.
Fitter was very eager to borrow my USB plug socket so he could blast out his tunes with no consideration to my neighbours (he never returned said plug).
Anyway, installed roller door too low. Made up the gap with door lats finishing to existing fascia. Also didn't install curtain light safety feature, which I've paid for. Finished aesthetics are terrible!
Called the RDCUK to complain and agreed to send someone to fit the safety device. However, the day before they sent a text message advising me that they need to move the appointment to the weekend (Saturday). They then sent me another text on the Thursday saying the would need to move that appointment to the following Wednesday.
Furthermore, they have agreed a separate date in July to tidy up the aesthetics and move the door mechanism up to a more practical height.
Finally, fitter scored my driveway with his multitool when cutting up old door.
Tried calling number listed on their website, seemingly now disconnected!?

Did a bit of work as a subby for this company. The fitter robbed my tools and some money which he owed me. I've also heard about sticky fingers in people's houses while installing. Avoid unless you want your possessions stolen. I had tools that I'd bought myself robbed by their fitter. Also in reply to your comment, it's not a fake review, I've installed a fair few of your doors, the fitter used to get an email with the job descriptions and materials were stored in a lockup. I've a lot of pictures aswel so it's not a fake review. Your fitters are paid per door, correct. But they can bring a fitters mate with them, which was me. I left tools in the van with a view to picking them up the next week, because the job wasnt for me. And I couldn't take them with me at the time. Also Long days and having to work bank holidays for rubbish pay 0 travelling time and a measly 150 for a small door. Alas I never got them back, after asking time and time again. Is it a fake review to say that the company director has also been on rogue traders? I doubt it 🤣 avoid.

Great service, and work done, was a bit like that, paying for it, and not knowing if they would turn up, with the scams now a days, but all was well, and would recommend them, thank you once again. 👍👍

Had my garage door installed in January of this year and paid for the faster motor for the door. in march I discovered they did not install the faster motor when i informed of this they told me the engineer will come on the Wednesday 25th of April. On that morning I had a phone call to say the engineer will not be coming as he haven’t got the part on him but a new date has been arranged for Thursday 26th may. Yesterday I had a text from Ashleigh to say we need to move your appointment to Wednesday 15th June this company is a joke take your money but can’t provide a service looks like I have to take RDC to the small claims court to get my money back. Ps the motor is not working the door lets in rain.

The best improvement to the house so far. Excellent cost, impeccable installation. Very pleased with the whole process. Thanks a lot!

A word of warning for those customers who’s orders do not go to plan. The after sales service is very poor. Your emails, text messages and calls go ignored.

I ordered and paid for my door in March 2022. I was then given a fitting appointment 10 weeks later in May 2022. A morning 8am - 12pm slot.

Having waited the 10 weeks until the morning of my appointment, I was sent a text message at 9.25am cancelling my fitting appointment. No apology.

Having wasted a day off work and 10 weeks of waiting I am now being ignored via email and text message to try and sort this mess out.

There has been zero consideration for human side of the customer service response and the company are all very matter of fact and standoffish.

I believe they blame their fitter and that’s it. Simple as that. Because you pay the fitter separately and they have their money which you pay 10 weeks earlier it’s not their problem.
It’s yours and you just need to deal with it.

Wow, what a sad reflection on modern day customer service and customer loyalty.

If this is the sort of company you wish to deal with if your order does not go smoothly or there is a problem later down the line such as a warranty claim. Then my advice is think twice before parting with your hard earned cash.

The service from ordering to completion was first rate,I would recommend them to anyone

I have received a voicemail for this date which yes I have agreed too I have rang and rang Ashleigh I think this is her name I have dealt with that many I’m past caring of names and no answer to the numbers given on your website we go straight too answer machine I’m not leaving messages you should have the decency to have staff to help your customers,, I hope you can agree I am annoyed how I have been treated with this my home is not secure as this door goes straight into my house my family my valuables my dogs everything at risk……if this is the only way to communicate how bad is this. let’s see if you turn up on the date given I will give benefit of the doubt on this one as I’m a decent person

Had my doors fitted by rdc and i have to say ive been in the construction industry for over 40yrs and ive found this product 2nd to none and priced really competitive, and quality👍i will be using this firm again

RDC were around £400 cheaper than a quote I had from a local company so I was a bit apprehensive in choosing RDC to fit my electric garage door.

I was given a date that it would be fitted and they were with me on the day specified. The fitters couldn't have been any more accommodating and done a fantastic job.

A seamless project from start to finish.

Easy to order. Installer turned up on time and did an excellent job. First class all round. Definitely recommend

We bought a door a year ago the guys who fitted it were excellent. We then had an issue 11 months in I filled in the online claim form they sent someone who did a temp repair and then came back and replaced the door. No issues. Excellent service.

I’ve just had installed two electric remote controlled garage doors from RDC-Rolling Doors Concept and I have to say they are outstanding and worth every £ spent on them. They come with two ( each door ) very smart looking remote controls. I had a good discount for ordering two garage doors.

The quality is outstanding, so too is the installation.

I give a huge thanks to the two young men installers Chris and Andywho worked non-stop regardless I made them coffee several times they both worked throughout with taking sips as they worked. Chris explained the procedure and involved me to start with showing me what’s what etc.
They cleaned up after them even sweeping the driveway area they worked on taking away all the old cut up garage doors along with old fittings they removed.

I cannot thank the company or Chris and Andy enough for all their hard work, friendliness, advice etc given and so very politeness - they’re a credit to RDC company - absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service. I highly recommend RDC you will not be disappointed- trust me; a customer who is very very particular

The team arrived spot on time to install the door as ordered. Within 90 minutes they were finished, cleaning everything behind them and gave a full brief on the operation of the door.
The product itself is excellent value for the price, the whole product, purchase and installation is excellent value for money and I recommend RDC without hesitation.
