The door detached itself from the roller. But company has changed names several times. Had to cut the door off to get car out and order a new one from a reliable company

3motors later then if fitted my own motor as I got no response from them.sure they gone bust

After the initial installation date was moved, we cannot complain about the installation at the second date given. But, after three emails and an unanswered telephone call, I'm beginning to think the guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. My garage door keeps stopping on closure and, my question on whether I could programme the remote to continuously close the shutter without me having to stand out in the weather, go unanswered.

Giving one star so I could write a review.. definitely a scam on the extended warranty..the door was fine for well into its 2nd year then when it stopped working heard absolutely nothing from the company after lodging issue...should have known something was funny when the installer gave me his personal phone number just incase I had an issue... which I lost ..typical..435 pounds later and its up and running

Door fitted back in August and a part broke. Reasonable quality apart from that. Booked date in September to replace said part.
Sold us a 10 year warranty, felt like a reasonable price.
September date came and they called because part still not available.
Radio silence since then, door unfinished and then I read other reviews about them going into liquidation. Absolute scammers who need stringing up.

Do not buy from these people. They take your money for extended warranty but frequently go into liquidation so it is worthless. My door has lasted just over 18 months and has now gone faulty and I am now having to pay to have it repaired even though I paid them for a 10 year warranty.
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF A NEW DOOR CHECK IT IS NOT THIS COMPANY OR THE SAME COMPANY WITH A DIFFERENT NAME.
USE GARROLA THEY HAVE BEEN TRADING FOR YEARS UNDER THE SAME NAME....

We bought and had fitted agarage door earlier this year and recommended them to parents. Their door was fitted in august but the laser curtain was out of stock snd they were advised they would be in touch within a few weeks to fit.this never happened and have seen they have gone into administration leaving warranties worthless. There has been a Group set up on Facebook with advice on how to claim back monies owed from the banks which I advise people join to look at next steps

The company have appalling customer care and communications. ?rogue company.
We were contacted to say the installers were coming to install our white door after we had chosen a green door. Obviously we informed them of this and waited for the correct door. The installation was completed but a slat was damaged in the process and a replacement was arranged on the installation day and we took out an extended warranty at that time. However, we have been chasing them to have the slat replaced since September and all numbers are unobtainable and no one responds to emails. The overall installation work was to a good standard and the door is working but we have a massive issue with aftercare and the company correcting their mistakes.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. No after service left us high and dry. Half a job done on door failure and no return in 3 months despite several attempts to contact tgem

After seeking us the garage doors 16 months ago and trying to up sell a maintenance contract I was glad I never told the maintained contract however now left with doors not working, but spoke other local companies who know of their antics do not trust the director he has had precise door companies and shut them down check companies House a Charleston and I'm on the find mr Anthony William PYBUS

Took a substantial deposit for two garage doors and then disappeared the following day with no way to contact them - phones / e-mail etc. stopped working. A friend of my lives close by and dropped by their premises to see what was going on and was told by another business close by they had upped with all their machinery and disappeared. Looking into this more looks like one guy that keeps doing this from time to time so considering this as theft so will be reporting to the police and pursuing my money via small claims court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - even if a similar namedcompany offering roller garage doors appears!!!!!

Had the door fitted last February, initially looked OK, however the father & son had an abusive discussion on our driveway before he was told to F... O..

When he left on inspection the silicone round the black door was white not only that it looked like a three year old had done it, hence I racked it out three days later.
Since then the door constantly screams with any form of obstruction both side sensor wiped with dry cloth. Requested warranty call out and failed twice to attend. Poor Installation. Not surprised company has gone under. Avoid ROLLING DOORS CONCEPTS

Had a door fited, good quility and find service. Now a fault has devloped ans had taken out 9 year warrenty, no contact possible. BE CARFUL

Scam company and a bunch of fraudsters. Taken deposit but never come out to fit the doors. They have now done a runner.
This is a much more complicated syndicate involving multiple fraudsters. Consumer Watchdog and Action Fraud are aware, and no doubt the authorities as well in due course. Three names involved in the fraud, Anthony (Tony) Pybus, Sonia Akuamoah and Matthew Bevan. All from the Essex area and all opened shell companies under various names to commit the fraud. All companies opened by Nookes & Co accountants in Billericay, who did their books, provided service addresses, and if I was a betting person I would say the owner Mark William Nokes is involved in the scam. Strangely enough, it seems like majority of these scams originate from the Essex area. Bunch of illiterate barrow boys resorting to this sort of scamming to keep up with their city brethren.
Words out now. Let these fraudsters enjoy their temporary hideaways in Marbella (or wherever) on the back of ill-gotten gains, because they are all DESTINED for the nick..
I have managed to recover my payments now by contacting the fraud support groups, banks and credit companies. I hope everyone else does the same.

So if you look at Companies House RDC UK are now in liquidation so little chance of getting any money back if you are owed any. The website directs you to Sentry Rolling Doors.... Guess what? same contact numbers and no reply to emails. I had the doors fitted 4 months ago and to be fair the price and quality is not bad but if anything goes wrong with them, you're on your own.

Scam!!

The company director is known for opening the companies every 2 years. Gets good reviews on trustpilot and shuts the company once many customers are in the net. Fits very very poor quality doors that last only for few months. They get good reviews as many people give reviews within couple of weeks of installation and other people follow only the recent reviews on trustpilot.
The key point is people should look for companies operating for more than 5-8 years. Any company operating within 5 years and giving 8 year warranty is suspicious possible scam.
BDRW and RDC are a scam company get-together.
Please avoid them as they are experienced in cowboy door installations.
They will create a new company and scam again to different set of people.

Ordered the garage door and paid £699 in advance. no contact available post that and the email, contact number are all not working. Is there a forum that this can be complained or has anyone taken a Police or a Solicitor action?

This company actually supplied me with a door 12 months ago and yet now they have taken my money for a new door never to be seen again! No answer by emails, phone lines disconnected, how are the Police not involved as this is stealing money so surely something can be done??
