Thief - took our money and all lines and messages then stopped. They have changed their name to Sentry - same scam different name.

If we thought Boris was unprincipled and was without a moral compass he, by comparison with these parasitic organisms is worthy of beatification! The company has recently gone into liquidation and is being administered by Begbies Traynor write these people a recorded delivery letter and ask to be placed on list of unsecured creditors

Probably won't get anything but if there is any money in the kitty, it reduces the likelihood of those theiving bastrds getting as much! Good luck everybody. But proof if proof were needed "Buy cheap buy twice"!!

This company has taken my money and I can now not get hold of them. Looks like they have done this to lots of people. Complete scam! The director has had 8 companies in total, all dissolved. Anthony William PYBUS You will get what’s coming to you!

DO NOT USE TIS COWBOY OUTFIT. I had a door fitted two years ago, its badly fitted and some of the paint came off it , when I first uses it. I bought the 9 year extended warranty , my door has stopped working and I have been trying the contact the warranty team since 1/11/22. I am off to the small claims court !!! INFURIATING !!

Was quite happy with the installation and took out extended warranty however when trying to chase for warranty certificate, all numbers are 'not obtainable'. My doors were installed on time and to a good standard and are working but may well have an issue if something goes wrong.

Third time of reporting serious faults with a garage door just over a year old, I paid extra £125 for 9 years warranty. As other customers have said emails bounce back , no sign of Rosie, no phone number . Appalling treatment !!!! I’m involving my solicitor and police this week.
Do not use this company !!!

This company have been known by many names in the past such as Essati, Serguro, Vacelli, RDC, with a warranty company BDRW.
They have previously been on watchdog for ripping people off by taking customers money and then changing the company name.

They're back, this time as Sentry Rolling Doors. Avoid like the plague, criminal scammers, Anthony William Pybus. CCJ issued against Rolling Door Concepts.

I have paid 699 for fitting a garage door. They have given a date as 27th October. Called them on 26th October to make sure that they are coming, but the phone line not working. I have also got the sales girl's to name as Rosie, again mobile not working, finance department not working. All emails bounce back.

As many others report, this company took my £700 and didn't supply or fit the garage door as promised. DO NOT USE!

Paid £529 on 10th Aug for a roller door. Promised installation on 29th Sep. Installers arrived, ripped out my existing doors, then decided the lintel on the garage was rotten and said they couldn't install the new door. They did what they could to put my existing door back on, covering the gaps with CARDBOARD and drove away. I've never seen the garage door I've paid for and I've heard nothing from the company or fitter since. Three builders told me the lintel is fine and I had another company fir a door as an emergency 4 days later.
I've left numerous messages, no one ever answers or calls me back and the email address just keeps bouncing back. And now I see they have changed their name !!!
AVOID at all costs. Now seeking a claim through my bank.

I paid £729 in August for a door installation today. No one has come, their phones unobtainable. Familiar story on here.

This company’s website appears to be back on with a different trading name: Sentry rolling doors, claiming to be under new management.

Still no contact or apologies for their disappearance and leaving everybody high and dry.

Scam took deposit and I think company has gone under. I've contacted my bank for refund there looking into it

Absolute scammers, paid £800 and given a fitting date. Tried to contact them with ref a no show and they have disappeared.looking on trust pilot I am not the only one.

Why is this company allowed to carry on advertising I have been conned out of £2000 by these robbing thieves its about time the police were involved there are many people that know the director's name and their premises in Essex how many people like me have been robbed? I have given1star because I can not give Zero if you do not want to lose your hard-earned cash steer clear of this bunch of crooks.

What can I say absolute liars !! Was meant to fit our garage door paid £619 and surprise surprise havnt turned up , can not contact them goes straight to answer machine. And like others have said on here they lied saying fitter had a baby and fitting will be delayed two weeks. I’ve contacted fraud squad and hopefully will get money back through credit card . Such low life people and company please stay clear !!!!!!!!!!

Scamming company, took £700 off me for a door on August 9th for a fit date of 12th October. Phoned 10th saying the fitter was on Paternity leave and re booked me for 26th. Never showed up all phone line’s disconnected.

Please please do not buy a door off these crooks!!! Taken my money and now done a runner!!! Thankfully paid by card and the bank have given me my money back.

Do u not use this company they fit a few doors now and then they take a load of deposits then change ownerships and take everyone's money.then set up again. I have reported them to action fraud and I'm trying to get money back whatever u do if you are still stupid enough to buy a door from them after reading this use a credit card.please avoid .check out Facebook group for all people that have been scammed
