Got a wrist support sleeve and unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Nevertheless reached out to CS and they offered a resolution straight away. They even provided a returns label with no Q's asked which I really appreciate as not all companies do this as they expect to cover costs. Also got refunded processed as soon as the courier picked up the return, absolutely faboulous.

I wanted to do clean and press but my back hurt.Then i got an RDX belt....tough leather padding at a great price.Basically its allowed me to continue lifting and transformed my physique!

These are the worst gloves I've ever used. No support paddling and hurts my palms, and no firm grip, which makes them slippery and dangerous to use.

Great customer service. I was a size large in the size chart but the shin guards were too big for me. I let RDX know and they told me to make a return so I did. They asked me what size I wanted the replacement and I received it 2 days after I sent the return. They paid all shipping associated. They were extremely professional in communicating. By far the best customer service that I ever dealt with. The product is also of very good quality. I recommend this compagnie to anyone who practices martial arts.

I purchased the RDX Arm Pad Aura Plus T-17 in late October 2024 and 9 months later, the lower arm strap has detached from the pad during a training session due to very poor stitching. These pads are NOT robust and can NOT withstand intense impacts. I have contacted RDX and sent photos of the pad and strap. They have responded quickly and have offered me a 10% discount as a good will gesture but to be honest, that's not good enough. This product should be removed from their website. Do not spend your hard earned money on this product.

Bought the RDX T1 Black Shin Instep Guards on 2 Feb 2025 and with only light use the strap stitching has come loose rendering the shin guards useless.

I emailed RDX and while I appreciate their swift response I do not think it is appropriate:
"While we are unable to offer a replacement or repair under warranty at this time, we would be happy to assist you with a goodwill gesture. Should you wish to place a new order, we would be glad to include a complimentary gift item as a token of appreciation."
This is a product designed for physical use and shows clear signs of fault, after only light use and within a few months of purchase. It’s especially frustrating given the item is now unusable due to a stitching failure, which is clearly a manufacturing fault rather than wear and tear.

EDIT - After writing this review we did receive a replacement.

Brilliant design goes with pretty much anything very good wrist support good padding good price the only problem is after a couple of hooks white appeared on the glove

I recently bought gloves and shin guards from RDX which I greatly recommend because of their comfort and quality.

Have only ordered two products from RDX, a dipping belt and some knee straps. Both arrived the day after ordering, with free delivery and the quality has been a real surprise. Both items have been much better than I expected for the price. Will definitely keep using them, as so far they have had great customer service and been decent quality.

Got rdx f4 boxing months ago and after just using them on the bag, they have started falling apart from the inside, have to be the worse experiences in boxing gloves i have used in 25 year off doing it. STAY CLEAR, awful equipment.

Bought the 6’ standing punch bag for my son
as a birthday gift, I left it a little late but the guys at RDX assured me they’d do everything possible to get it here on time.
They did exactly that I cannot recommend these guys and their products enough quality gear quality service big thank you to everyone at RDX.

Unfortunately poor communication and understanding of status regarding the items I ordered over a week ago. Finally they conceded they are unable to locate my item and sending replacement. I’m not holding out much hope based on experience to date. Fingers crossed

This is an update on a item I bought from RDX which was a six foot punch bag at the time I gave it rave reviews sadly 2 years later with my son and daughter using it. The bag has come away from the base leaving them unable to use , my issue is that I contacted RDX with the hope of sorting something out, with there response of the punch bag being of warranty . So my updated advice is do not buy this product if you intend to use it as it is intended I would only recommend it for young children .

The customer service is fantastic. I contacted due to a small issue, they have been fast, friendly and I had a new pair of gloves delivered within 2 days of sending the first e-mail.
Really friendly and can’t do anymore for you.
