Great service. I would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They really do care about good customer service/after service.

I bought the MMA grip socks and initially loved them but for the price the durability is lacking. I have only used them a month and a half and they are already coming apart at the toe and all the colors are peeling off. For the price, it's not worth buying if you train with any regularity.

Ordered some of the floral gloves for my boxing girl and new head guard! The quality is excellent and this was very noticeable as soon as I opened them! The leather is soft and well padded, it was so nice to have some pretty gloves-and anybody that loves a little bit of extra flare these are well worth ordering! She absolutely loves them and has had loads of compliments! She said they were really comfortable to wear and very supportive! And the Head Guard was soft and comfortable.

I also wanted to change the size of the head guard at the last minute-I dropped them a quick email and managed to get it all changed before they were sent out! We are super impressed with the service as they arrived within 3 days of ordering.

Ordered a punch bag was fast delivery and great service had a problem with my order but was sorting out from the rdx sports staff no problems at all would definitely recommend this company

The suit came on time.. but has the most fishy weird smell about it. My last one did not smell like this. It's actually disgusting so won't be wearing that again. What a waste of 50 pound

The RDX boxing gear I purchased is top notch, I spent over £100 and everything is spot on, the free t-shirt I received fits perfectly too, proper good boxing gear it is.

You know what is great about RDX? They actually stand behind their products. And their Customer Service team is fantastic - they will listen to you and do everything they can to help. I will always go to RDX first for my combat sport equipment needs.

Company takes my money and fails to deliver the product to UPS for 3 days. On the fourth day, I am notified that the product I paid for is unavailable, and rather than offering a replacement or refund, they had the audacity to ask me to PAYPAL them an additional $45 (nearly 100% of the original purchase) to send me a different pair of gloves.
Needless to say, I will never waste my time with this company again.

RECOMMENDED BRAND/COMPANY FOR TRAINING AND SPORTS

Rubbish quality. My son purchased shin guards for kickboxing - manufactured in April 2024. He bought them last Autumn - the elastic fittings have frayed and pulled out of the stitching on both pads rendering them useless unless he gaffer tapes them to his legs. The quality of the elastic is pitiful. I would avoid wasting £40 on rubbish of this quality.

I am a Muay Thai player from Asia. I have used some high quality gloves made by RDX for a long time. C3, C4, S7 are great gloves. Recently, I bought their MARK series L2 gloves. There are flaws of sending goods, but the customer service quickly returns to my problem and sent new gloves to me. The quality of the second pair of gloves is very good, but this is also one of the problems. RDX should be more rigorously controlled by each glove. The quality, especially a high quality series like MARK or APEX. They are definitely great equipment, but they should not have different quality foundries. As a loyal customer, I understand and love the advantages of this brand. I will quickly buy their equipment again, but I hope that the problem of quality control can be improved. Outstanding company, continue to maintain👍

I have used RDX boxing gloves and gym gloves for years but lately I have found the quality, especially the gym/workout gloves to be very poor. Material on palms wears fast and the stitching fails after only and few weeks of use. Other manufacturers at a similar price point are way better.

Purchased a cobra reflex bag and received it. Unpacked all the boxes to find no instructions to build it and check if all pieces are there. It looks very easy to assemble. I messaged them to say no instructions had come just to give them the heads up for future purchases by anyone else. No response which kind of concerned me. I resent my message and again no response. I have unsubscribed from their website.

I am hugely satisfied with the service. I have been working with RDX for several months now and have to report that their equipment is value for money. Despite I was unlucky with a damaged product. The damaged product was replaced very quickly and without hesitation.

I have purchased from RDX a few times it’s always went smoothly this time the parcel was a few days late ( courier issue nothing to do with RDX ) but I contacted them due to no courier updates spoke with Harold and he raised an investigation with the courier and with in 24 hours the parcel was on its way again Harold Kept me updated until it was delivered and then even emailed to make sure the parcel was received. I mean just superb customer service from Harold and just a consummate professional and the item I got was focus pads really good quality as always from this company.

Products brilliant. Amazing customer service, helpful, prompt and went over and above. Would highly recommend!
