I wish we could have done more for you this time, however in rare cases we do require the proof of purchase or identity documents to be provided, it is mostly for our protection due to high values of some devices and because these documents were sent to us outside of our customer service's working hours and we do not operate on the weekends, this was all processed for you the very next working day.
