I have not heard of rebuy uk before but gave them a go and was pleasantly surprised. They were quick to pick up the phone and as promised money was in my account the next day. I would recommend to anyone and will use again.

Quick and easy

A very slick process. Day 1 complete details on website, Day 2 DPD collect phone, Day 3 received payment in my bank.

Spot on could not fault the process at all , valued the ipad and honoured the price , not like others on the market. Highly Recommended.

Bad experience for me. Very very slow. I dropped parcel off at a DPD Drop Off Shop. It wasn't picked up. I called DPD to get it collected as after speaking to reBuy they had little care and just left me waiting. Finally gets picked up the following Wednesday organised by myself! Then they get it and promised same day payout. I kept chasing but nothing. Then j was told to wait between 5-6 for an email. Got the email then saying they needed proof of purchase and I'd but they could still pay same day. I sent 4 minutes after getting the email. Then heard nothing. I chased but nothing. No payment.
Following day j get a message apologising and saying some rubbish about they have a home to go to also? What? How unprofessional is that?

Even then they didn't fasttrack it and said they had approved but i still had to wait until up to 10pm that evening. If ally received at 7pm.

Ok so they paid higher than everyone else but they are very very slow and unprofessional.

Interestingly enough I sent an ipad to reBuy and a phone to another buyer. Both dropped off on Friday. The phone was paid Monday Evening. reBuy took a week!

In my opinion avoid. I will never use again.

I've been stung by well known mobile recycling and trade in companies before when it's come to payment and honesty about the condition of the mobile I've traded.
Hadn't heard of Rebuy but they offered the most money and had good reviews, so I though I'd take a chance over the usual big name suspects.
Not disappointed at all. My mobile was collected from my door and packaged in front of me. I was paid what was quoted without quibble and received my money in my bank account the day after I sent my mobile.

Incredibly fast, posted package yesterday via the enclosed DPD Package. They received it today and money is in my account this evening. No issues. Very simple. Would highly recommend and will use again. Best of any of these services (I have used a few).
