This company is shady af, I was offered 180 for my p30 pro but got an email telling me that the camera had a chip on it therefore my new offer was 113 pounds. I emailed back and forth asking for pictures as I know I had sent it in extremely good condition (a few light scratches on the screen) and had taken videos on my new phone to prove as much. I asked for the position of the chip and was told that it was miniscule. Why does the whole camera need replaced for a miniscule chip (BTW in the videos there's no chip). The whole exchange felt wrong and shady. Also they wouldn't pick my phone up through dpd and sent a label that wouldn't be accepted at the post office even though it was 24 hour tracked. I ended up paying out of pocket to get it sent 24 hour special delivery tracked and insured. I feel like they promise one thing to get you to choose them then do a bait and switch.
