I had the best service out there
I had the best service out there. I should have done it last year but forgot to sell my phone as the mobile phone after more than two to three years the value depreciate. I will still come back and sell my new like mobile phones or old mobile phones. Great friendly staff working online and great expectation of the good service they provide.. If reBuy could able to price match to one of every single mobile phone out there in the market? It will be great.

This was a very easy transaction a very honest trustworthy company, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend ReBuy to anyone. Great price for my iphone more than £200 more than other buy my phone companies out there. Rubbish, don't use.
Very dissapointing experience. I waited a week to hear from the company after receiving it. I was offered a price which I felt reflected the condition of my device. However, when my device was looked at it was deemed nearly half the quoted amount. I accidentally pressed the 'accept offer' button thinking it said 'reject offer'. I immediately messaged and said that I would like my device returned to me but told that it was too late.
There should be a cooling off period which should have been honoured in my case.

After reviewing this, I can see we assessed your trade-in the very same day it was received and this process took less than 5 hours. We kept you updated on this and all notifications were sent on time.
With regards to the re-quotation of the price offer for your device, after it had gone through our professional functionality tests, we found that the battery health of it was highly degraded, as well as its LCD was faulty. Additionally, the front glass had noticeable cosmetic marks. Due to all mentioned, the item did not meet our quality standards and upon thorough evaluation, we decided to revise the offer by 40%.
After the email with the outcome was sent to yourself, we had waited 8 days for your response. We received a notification about your offer being accepted and within a reasonable amount of time, your order was pushed to "Awaiting Payment". This action is irreversible, as per our Terms and Conditions: "At this point the transaction is complete and non-negotiable, and it is not possible to amend the Trade-In Quote nor return Goods.".
Lastly, had you informed us about it immediately, there would have been a chance to change the status of your order still, however you let us know about the issue almost 3 hours after the incident.
Nevertheless, we do apologise we could not have done more for you on this occasion.
