Good communication and ease of transaction

We signed a launch contract on 15th September and expected to go live with a solution 2 weeks later. It's now 60 days later and our job is moving at a glacial pace. Communication is poor with our launch manager and is made worse by the time difference with the EU.

Update 17th Nov 2022 - The ReBuy team worked though our issues and helped get us live today. Based on today's help and quick response to my negative review I'm happy to update my feedback from 1/5 stars to 5/5 stars.

Easiest trade in service I have used and customer service is excellent. Collected yesterday, didn’t have to do anything other than wipe the phone. Courier packaged phone in front of me and left. Less than 24 hrs later I have the payment they originally agreed in the bank.

Did exactly what they said they would do. Would use again.

Easy and efficient. Was skeptical about trusting online trade ins but would highly recommend rebuy after how easy it was selling my iPhone 12 pro max to them. Would definitely use their service again in the future.

Sold immaculate iphone 12 pro max for £505, arguably rebuy offered one of the best prices for my phone compared to other well renown tech recycling companies. next day DPD came to collect my phone and the day after, rebuy sent confirmation email that my phone has been received and after quality assessment, i received full payment in few hours. Highly recommended tech recycler, process was very swift and elaborate.

When I placed my rebuy order, I chose a collection date for my phone. This collection date isn’t sent to you in the confirmation email or even visible on your rebuy account, if you forget it, you need to contact their support.

3 days before my collection I got an email from rebuy stating that my collection had been cancelled “at my request” and to reply to the email if I wanted to re-instate it. I didn’t request the cancellation, nor did I receive any contact from ReBuy whatsoever before this happened, so I asked for the order to be reinstated.

I got a reply saying that my order had timed out and they were unable to reinstate it. Somehow my order timed out before the collection date.

I wouldn’t trust these people with my old phone now that I’ve seen how their business is operating.

First class service took from DPD collecting to receiving money 30 hours to show in my banks I had a query and got a reply with in 20 minutes will use again

Absolutely brilliant service, got the exact amount they quoted and was in my account the day they received my phone, got £437 for an iPhone 12 that’s just over 2 years old, jumped for the price cause it was £466 the week before and I’m sure it must have been over £500 before the new iPhones dropped - really happy and will be using again

Order to sell placed on a Friday afternoon, they organised collection the next day and the driver boxed my phone in front of me and left me with a receipt and collection was then confirmed by email. The next day being a Sunday I didn’t hear anything (nor did I expect to) but Monday morning I had confirmation that they had received my package, followed by a next email confirming the agreed sale price and that they would just check the phone was as I described. An hour or so later I had another email confirming they would pay me the agreed price that day, then another to confirm payment had been made and by 18:00 the agreed sale price was deposited in my bank account. Superb, easy and fast transaction. Thank you reBuy!

Excellent service would definitely recommend

I recycled my iPhone 13 Pro. DPD driver came with sturdy packaging and packed up my iPhone having inspected its condition prior to shipping. He went off with it on Tuesday (leaving me with a receipt for it) and on Friday the money hit my bank account as they said it would. Got a good price for it - as they quoted - customer service very helpful and quick to respond to emails. I’d definitely use them again

4th time using reBuy UK to recycle an old iPhone. Seamless process with no issues whatsoever and full payment the next day. Don’t bother using any other mobile recycling companies and just use reBuy UK

Excellent Service!

100% legit, smooth, efficient and can not fault. Always dubious with company’s who offer top price but they fulfilled it with ease and efficiency. Just be honest with the condition and you’ll get the offered price. All turned round and paid in a few days. Can not fault the service thank you 👍

Unfortunately I booked everything in advance on the queens funeral bank holiday, so things went a bit wrong with logistics and the company have limited office hours to contact them in. But it did all sort itself out and they paid me the full price relatively quickly! (About 2 days).
