Good quote for my iPhone 13 Pro , just some problems with DPD 1 day delay at pick up and one day delay to deliver , anyway as soon they received in the morning by the early evening I had my money , so I can’t complain a lot a bit only about pick up & delivery delays.

Today week later from the day they pay me I check to reBuy website to sell my apple watch tap wearable open page say soon , then I check again the quote iPhone 13 Pro and was £90 less my friend in a week time only , not only them unfortunately any recycle website come down.

Delivery guy was fast and efficient in handling the device and packaged it well infront of me. Would recommend reBuy and will use their service again in the future. Thanks!

Hadn’t even heard of rebuy until scrolling through Macrumors for some advice on where best to sell last week.

Used Rebuy over Music Magpie after hearing some horror stories about their customer service of late. Booked in with Rebuy, sent a DPD driver with a ready made package for the phone, got an hour slot on the selected day despite choosing a weekend like you would if expecting an order.

Driver put the phone in the box, took some photos as evidence and got me to sign, handed me a slip with my order number and off it went.

Used Rebuy’s live chat to check the phone had been delivered to them as there’s no way to track the second delivery from DPD. Arrived today (Monday) and confirmed that payout would be sent by 10pm.

Payment made straight into my PayPal account for the full amount around 6pm. Really smooth process and would happy use again!

Very easy, very quick process

I had used this kind of service before but never used (or even heard of) Rebuy before, I heard about them on a forum so thought I’d check them out, I was surprised to see that their quote was higher than other companies and they advertised that DPD would bring the packaging, pack the phone and take it away, they would make their checks and payment would be received on the same day they receive it,

I did wonder if it was too good to be true but figured I’d give it a try, placed my order and selected my date for my packaging to arrive, As advertised DPD arrived, packaged my phone and away it went, I then didn’t hear anything for a few days, started thinking that maybe I had been scammed I found the Rebuy uk live chat feature and sent a message asking if they could confirm they had received my package,

I received a response explaining they could see my order had been collected but then no further updates, they informed me they had contacted DPD who stated they had no record of the package and Rebuy uk informed me they had logged a lost parcel dispute with DPD.

If I’m honest, at this point I thought I had been conned, they informed me that it could take up to 10 days for DPD to complete their investigation and if they hadn’t located it then they would claim the cost from them, I didn’t hold much hope and was thinking about what hassle I would have to go through to get this sorted,

About 2 days later I received a message from Rebuy, DPD had located my parcel and it had arrived with them that morning, a few hours later I got an email telling me my order had been processed and full payment would be made to my bank, and a couple more hours later the money was in my bank.

I honestly can’t fault the service, even with an error (which wasn’t Rebuys fault) i was still kept up to date and informed, will 100% use them again!

What a fantastic experience - saw the name mentioned on the macrumours site and decided to give them a try as they were offering the best trade in value for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It was collected on the 22/9 by DPD who packaged it and took pictures and today 23/9 I've just received confirmation that my payment has been made and received in my bank account.. It just works!

Quite simply remarkable service. What a super fast turn around from start to finish. Money in account by 6pm. Don’t go anywhere else nothing can beat this service. Basically didn’t even have to move out of my bed.
