Great clothes and fast postage. Loved the free sweets!

The design of the website is very appealing and the user flow is very easy.

The items I bought arrived within 2 days and the refund for the items that didn't fit me was made very quickly.

I would 100% buy again on this website, you can really find some bargains here.

Sizing was way out. I searched for 18 which should have come up loose. The top was more like 14. Not surprisingly for XL. It was lovely and in great condition. Of course they refunded but I lost the £3.50 postage. Can't afford to keep doing that so unless they decide to include actual measurements on listings I won't bother again.

Loved the idea of this site so investigated further. Great selection of quality second-hand clothes of which I purchased a couple. Arrived well packaged in re-cyclable paper keeping the ethos of re-use. Recommended.

The website is easy to navigate and my order was delivered within a week. The clothes are just as described and of good quality and smell fresh and clean. I will definitely consider buying more clothes from Refashion.

The order was quick to be delivered, and arrived as expected. Overall a brilliant service, and I loved that the packaging can be recycled. Would find it helpful to have more photos of each item on the website, but definitely will be ordering again regardless.

Ordered maybe 6 times in the last year. I missed charity shopping, so this was a good solution, with similar prices and pieces. The packaging my orders arrived in is recyclable, which is a bonus. Everything was clean, and I also got a free gift on my 5th order. Big fan.

I discovered this site on social and I’m addicted! Love the choice and most of all I can fill less guilty about filling up my wardrobe! Will continue to shop! Their Sunday supplement is also a really nice touch!

I absolutely love the outfit from Refashion. The service was great and there's a really good range on the website.
My only slight frustration is that the label was attached to the clothing using a little plastic tag. If you can cut out the plastic, I'll definitely be ordering from you again.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for work. I don't like spending too much on work wear, so this was perfect as I got a pair of ASOS and a pair of Topshop trousers for less than half the price of one pair. I am trying to reduce the amount of new clothing that I buy, so this site is perfect. The trousers arrived clean and in excellent condition - they looked brand new. I will definitely be using this site again. The order arrived really quickly and was well packaged.
