Really fast delivery, no plastic used! Then I was able to send in clothes that I wanted to donate together with the return. I printed off the free return label in few clicks, drop to the shop and received within days a refund! I am returning to the office so I ordered at the same time from 2 other big clothing names and one I yet have to receive 1 week after and the other have to return to shop. Can not compare. Amazing service, high quality items and bonus points for being at the front of a circular market movement! Well done Refashion 👏🏻

I love re-fashion - it helps me feel less bad about buying clothes, and they always have a great selection and plenty of bargains. They also give a percentage of their money to charity, so whilst I still feel a little bad that I'm not going to charity shops, at least they have a wider range of clothing, and still supporting charities a little (and the environment a lot!).
Heres hoping they expand to children and men's clothing...

Super fast dispatch and in great condition. I find it hard to find preloved size 6 clothes in charity shops so this is a great way for me to find 2nd hand clothes.

Fantastic company - I would recommend to anyone wanting to save money and give back to charity - I love the quality of all the pieces of clothing and the fact that I am able to return items just in case they don't fit or suit me. And all the clothes smell great no worries about that weird charity shop smell you normally get. The experience makes it feel like you shopping on a normal website at a fraction of the price.
