Honestly can’t thank Keiran enough for everything he has done to help me get a mortgage, I didn’t have a clue and keiran took all that pressure away and answered any question I had and was so approachable and friendly and made me feel at ease. Im not in the property yet but I know I can still contact keiran at any time with any questions,I also want to say a massive thank you to Donna who was so helpful and so efficient in handling the mortgage, can’t thank you both enough, and would certainly recommond without any hesitation, if I could give you more then 5 stars I would. Thankyou so much!

If there were more than 5 stars I could give to Katie and Donna I would as 5 would not be enough! As a serial procrastinator and someone who always thinks the worst when it comes to big adult occasions like mortgages etc Katie is always there to help you every step of the way! She listens and will always strive to get the very best offer/deal for you, with top tier communication and hand holding all the way! I cannot thank Katie and Donna enough for everything they do- our third mortgage renewal with them and know there will be many more to come!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time!

We first contacted Claire early last year to discuss getting a mortgage. After assessing our options, she helped us realise that we were actually in a position to move forward. Once we found a property, we reached out to Claire again and she guided us through the entire process.

As first-time buyers, we had no experience and honestly didn’t know where to start. Claire made every step simple and easy to understand. She explained everything clearly — from eligibility and mortgage options, to contracts and what to expect right up until we moved into our home.

She kept us regularly updated throughout, communicating with us and all parties involved, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-managed.

Without Claire, we would have found the process extremely difficult and overwhelming. We truly can’t thank her enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

This is the best real Mortgage company . Julia is so supportive, listened to clients, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, loving, caring , and gives the best money advise . She was with me from day I started application until when I received keys. There were moments I almost gave up but she was there for me and encouraged me all the time. She is like a voice of the voiceless and a pillar one can lean on. She is extremely helpful anf have not found not even anything to fault. Very professional and gives you peace of mind. I would recommend her to everyone . She does not discriminate and has taught me a lot about money. If human clowning was allowed I could have asked for many copies of Julia. Keiran recently advised me on my remortgage and debt consolidation. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I had. Everything was explained clearly to me. We met on a Friday afternoon to go through my requirements and agree a plan of action. By Monday morning he'd submitted an application on my behalf, and by Tuesday it had been approved by the bank! The whole process ran really smoothly and was completely painless. I was kept informed of my application's progress by Donna and was really impressed by the efficiency of the whole process.
