Reading Estates helped me with the purchase of a property and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to them and in particular, Liz who was excellent. Liz was always available to talk to and ensured the purchase happened very swiftly and with minimum fuss. As a first time buyer, this was very new to me but Liz and the team and Readings made this very easy which i know isnt always the case when purchasing a property so thank you!

Thank you very much for finding our home and for the great support all the way through until we got our keys for the house. You have the loveliest team once again thank you!

Readings staff are ok but their sales policy is the problem. If you want to achieve the best price for your house don't use Readings. Their asking prices are the lowest in Elm Park. For instance CHalk Street achieve at least 25% higher prices. Readings are forcing downthe house prices in the area. For the best price use another agent.

It’s taken me a while to post this review but I have to say that Readings and Liz in particular were absolutely brilliant in handling my sale from start to finish. Liz was always available even out of hours and really pushed to get my sale through and always resolved any problems without me having to worry too much. They found interested buyers quickly and when they fell through, they promptly found another interested party which progressed without issue. Liz was a very helpful and communicative person and helped us find a lovely house. This company is great because it has a lot of listings which made us have a variety of houses to look at.

I found a property through this service, and we managed to finish the paperwork and entire process within 6 weeks. The property was clean, in good condition and I received excellent service.

Bought a house through Readings in 2016 and have just sold the same property 8 years on. Both times I dealt with Liz and both times were completely painless experiences. With the market in 2024 being tougher with higher interest rates, Readings found me a buyer within just a few weeks of the listing. Exactly what you want from an estate agent. Their fee was very reasonable and much lower than the average of the other agents. Would definitely recommend buying or selling through Readings.

I recently bought a propety through Readings. I had the pleasure of having Terri as my main contact. She was the estate agent who did the initial viewing and she made sure that she was also available when I requested to have a second viewing of the property. She always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and called me to give me bi-weekly updates.

Readings we're easy to get hold of and someone was always available to take a query or pass on a message to Terri for a call back which I always received promptly. Terri helped ease some of the stress associated with buying my first property.

I recently rented my property out through Readings property services. The whole experience was straightforward and painless. Mark Kleister and his team were professional from start to finish keeping me informed and explaining the procedure throughout. I would highly recommend using this service and can’t thank the team enough for their help.

My second time of using Readings Property Services.A local family business who are competitively priced. Terri once again guided us through the sale from start to finish. It was a difficult and problematic process this time due to the length of the chain. And I have no doubt that without Terri’s experience and expertise in dealing with all parties involved the sale would have fallen through. I cannot recommend Terri and the team at Readings enough! The main reason is for the following employee: Terri
She was the person who negotiated with the seller throughout the purchase of the property for my parents dream home, without you and the solicitor that helped my parents would not be as happy as they are in their home.

The sale was a while ago and the reason for my delay was the same I delayed my review for the solicitor that helped us: “is simply because I had so many examples written in my previous drafts of the review I was going to publish originally of where Terri helped, All the information was apparently too lengthy and too detailed,”

What I can say is that Toni managed to work her magic due the complex issues outside of the sale of my parent’s property that was delaying the purchase,
Terri was kept up to date with the little information we had and made sure the seller was kept up to date, when the Purchase nearly fell through Terri was able to help us with negotiating very difficult issues over to the seller to help them understand just how much we wanted the property and helped us in ensuring purchase went ahead despite the issues we were facing,

It’s long overdue but I can’t thank you enough for all your help Terri,
