XenCall has been great to work with from the Sales Team to Support. The department that stands out the most is the tech Support where they handle API integrations. Tess by far might be one of their most valuable assets they have. If you get the opportunity to work with her she is a ROCKSTAR!!
I just really hate that I am not able to use my cell phone with this software. I would really love to be able to select "last call" and then have any further incoming phone calls transferred to my phone while I am away from my desk. I also dont like that this software is not compatible with podio and most investors use podio.

XenCall is a great tool. Very comprehensive. So many things you can do with it. An excellent Predictive Dialer built into a great CRM system. Best of all the tech support is excellent. They are attentive and quickly zero in on what's needed.
Answers were clear. However, time of reply seems to have been longer than desired. But that may be because they are trying to give an accurate and clear answer.
I love xencall because, when it was time to upscale my seats every one made the process very easy and I got done immediately
