This is brilliant ! Choose your beers and gafe then delivered. So much choice you won’t find in a shelf and you get a card too for a personalised bespoke service. I think it will catch on. Cheers !

Ok, I was given a gift card by friends. when I tried to redeem it, there was the site was not working. A few months later I called to place an order and I was told the voucher expired although NO EXPIRY DATE LISTED on the voucher.
Tried to have other communications with them and it seemed they not interested in coming back.

Last communication the director of the company said they would not honour the voucher (despite me telling them I were to place an order larger than the amount on the gift card) as the terms are explained at point of purchase (seems she did not want to get the point i was the beneficiary of a gift card and it is the company obligation to state them clearly in all client facing material - sent them some examples of other retailers conduct with e-vouchers).

At 18:14 I checked website for tems and condition. The section GIFT VOUCHERS states only the following sentence: "1.32 Vouchers are not transferable, may not be sold at auction and have no cash alternative".

Emailed vendor again separately with screen print of what was declared on the website at the time. Pending a response.

I ordered two mixed cases of beer on a Wednesday, hoping to get it by the Thursday ready in time for the weekend, for a party I had arranged. For the fact they advertise heavily that they are "next day delivery" I have to say the didn't deliver on this, I didn't receive the beer until the following Monday.

Now, the beer, 2 bottles were out of date, one exploded when I opened it, even after having 72 hours to settle. and 2 bottles were flat when I had opened them.

I e-mailed the company but they have yet to reply.

I would never use this company again.

Every order has come through as expected, no problems with the website.
A bit more choice wouldn't go amiss.

Delighted with the beers I've received, it has been great to find and try beers from north of the border, which you are unlikely to find down south. The service has been excellent and I would happily recommended the company to any beer enthusiasts.

A good way to purchase Ale in a bottle with the order by 2pm and receive the next day !

I just love the whole Real Ale Warehouse experience; from browsing the latest beers, looking at the suggested case selections, right through to the simple ordering process. The 'Beer Bank' was a great idea!
Dave and the team obviously run this not only as a business, but show a passion for the product, and that shows throughout the website.

Finally, excellent delivery system, clear communication on the ordering and delivery date and times just rounds off an excellent service!

Have always found The Real Ale Warehouse to be very helpful and accommodating. Excellent selection of beers too. Definitely give them a go!

Never had any problems with these guys. Joined the Beer Bank and order when the mood takes me. Delivery arrives next day no problem.
Excellent choice which is continually being added to so get the chance to seek out beers I can't get in supermarket.

Magnificent selection of beers. Can't wait to try more.

All aspects of the company operate very well along with a good choice of beer.
